Cindy asked a question I really like, and not a lot of people ask. So congrats, Cindy, five points for you. Cindy asked, what is the importance of mindset while implementing detox product protocols for healing from mold toxicity? And usually people say, oh, my goodness, I just found out I'm mold toxic. What binder do I take? Like, a binder is going to fix everything, right? And that's usually where our mind goes naturally. You know, it's like, how do I get this out of me? If something's in me that shouldn't be, get it out of me? But there's so many layers, and detoxing and recovering from mold toxicity is an art, you know, not a science. And everybody needs their own tweaks. But one of those layers that Cindy picked up on is mindset. And mindset is huge. Obviously not just for mold toxicity. For anything in life, mindset matters, but especially when your body's affected and you have some chronic health conditions, mindset is extremely important. And if you get down and this is a very depressing thing to have, mold toxicity absolutely is. But you need, as part of your battle plan is to work on mindset. So working on, working on that through whatever, you know, whether prayer, meditation, just logical understanding of if we're always negative and thinking poorly, that it literally affects our body physically. So having that understanding of mindset and its role and its strength to help speed up the healing process is awesome. So thank you for that, Cindy. And this is why some people find help from the limbic system retraining system. So you've got, you know, the Gupta limbic system retraining. You've got Annie Hopper's DNRs. And while these are for helping retrain the brain and calm the limbic system, they're also affecting mindset because you're literally thinking back to positive things and trying to put yourself in a better mindset while retraining the brain to not be as sensitive to things like mold and mycotoxins. Right. So those are good options, too. There's different options out there, but it is extremely important, Sandy, and the fact that you or asking about that means you have a good understanding of that. So thank you for bringing that up because this will help other people as they scroll through these videos and understand that mindset matters and to make sure they find what works for them in working on keeping a positive mindset. Thanks, Cindy.
