Which binder works for which mycotoxins?

Matt Kelly recommends two main binders for mycotoxins: a humic/fulvic product taken daily in water, and GI Detox (zeolite, charcoal, aloe vera, apple pectin, silica, humic). He pairs them with CTbiotic and Megasporebiotic for gut support. Ochratoxin A often persists and requires focused gut work; success depends on diet, bile flow, and regular bowel movements.

Okay, so this has come up a few times. I've seen it all over Facebook, mold groups where people are sharing the graphic of which binder covers which mycotoxin. And no, that's not how it works. That's not how you have to do it. I use two main binders and have good luck getting the majority of them down. Because it's not just binders. It's your diet, it, your exposure. It's. There's many layers to this. Okay. When you find out you're mold toxic, it's not. I'm going to go get on a binder and that will fix it all? No, but let's address it again. Do I need to take a different binder for different mycotoxins? Well, some can work better for some, but there are a couple that cover the widest gamut. Okay, so number one, I use sludge, which is a pure humic and fulvic, no other ingredients. You can look on PubMed. Fulvic acid is wonderful for removing mycotoxins. And not only that, but it also works on metals and all kinds of other crazy things. And it's feeding the gut and it delivers trace minerals to the body. That's why it's my number one. Okay, so, and this is one that goes in. I'm sure you've heard me say it a million times. It doesn't have a taste. Goes in your water bottle so that you can be drinking it throughout the whole day to have that constant flow of that humic and fulvic acid going in. I also use GI detox. Okay. GI detox is a great blend of all the other guys. Okay. And so you've got zeolite, charcoal, aloe vera, apple, pectin, silica, and then they have humic, which is humic acid in there as well. Okay. So this is a great kind of everything in one. So I will use this one on clients oftentimes before big meals to get it in there to help bind bile, because that's where the mycotoxins are at. They're in the urine, they're in the bile. It's buying the bile. Get it out. Which is why you need to be pooping. Okay. That's why I ask everyone about pooping when we get on Zoom and then force the body to make new, fresh, clean bile. I also use CTbiotic, which is Cellcore's probiotic because it has some sac boulardi and some other good strains in there for helping clean and detox the gut. I also use megasporebiotic which, no, is not a binder. But what it does is start balancing the gut and bringing up that bacteria that helps break down toxins and convert them and let us get them out. Okay, there's a. This. These four here are in almost 100% of my mold protocols. Nearly everyone is using these. And the odd time I'll throw in some ndf, like, especially if it's kids, to use a liquid micronized chlorella in there, but oftentimes this is all I need. You're not doing high doses of clays and charcoals that start binding and stripping minerals. There's a reason I use this. It's quicker, it's easier, it's safer. But yes. Anyway, I hope that helps. No, you don't need a different binder for everyone. I. I've got two main binders and I've got two gut support because, as you know, Ochratoxin A likes to stick around and it's often the last one that people will have trouble getting rid of, and that comes down to gut work. And that's why I'm already integrating this close to the start of a protocol. So hope this helps. I'll put the links with this video.
