Matt Kelly explains how beets, ground flax, and chia bind bile that carries mycotoxins, helping your body excrete them. Food alone won't clear fungal colonization, so antifungals are still necessary.

Alright. Jana is asking a good question here. Would love some inspiration when it comes to food and herbs that benefit the clearing of mold in the body. Okay, so I'm thinking mycotoxins off the top because mycotoxins, you're going to help bind bile if you combine bile with food like fiber, like beets are high bile binding food. Sometimes I have clients sprinkle ground flax or ground chia in meals because that helps bind bile because the bile has the mycotoxins in. Right. I also want you to go check Q and a number 48, which is what are the best antifungals. And then number 36, search up Q&A number 36 is what foods to avoid with mold toxicity because you want to make sure you're not making things worse than there. But overall, as for clearing mold, you're not really going to clear mold as in fungal colonization with food. You have to kill it with antifungals and get that out. But it's the bile that you want to bind with food with fiber for getting that toxic laden bile out. So the body's forced to make fresh, new, clean bile. All right, I hope that helps. Janice, do.
