Which labs should I start with for mold?

Matt Kelly recommends getting out of the moldy space first, then testing for mycotoxins, organic acids, gut microbiome, hair minerals, and micronutrients. He suggests spore-based probiotics and humic/fulvic binders to help your body clear mold exposure.

All right, Denise, you've got a lot of questions here, but let's see what I get through in three minutes. Denise, I have many questions. I've been in a toxic black mold apartment and finally out. Well, that's the biggest, hardest point for most people is avoidance and getting out is sometimes the hardest part. So congrats to you on getting out. I'm very sick and need some answers to start with tests. All right, number one test, you're going to go back to Q and A. Number two, which is to test for mycotoxins. Okay, so the mycotoxin lab is number one and then Q&A. Number three is organic acid test that checks for fungal colonization in your body. So do you have mold growing in your sinuses and in your gut? Number three I like to do with clients is the Gut Zoomer. It's the most advanced stool test on the market because mold wrecks the gut and, and your immune system is the health of your gut. The more robust the bacteria in your gut are, the stronger your immune system. And mold will come in and wipe out a lot of those good guys, lower them a lot, the good guys down and the bad guys up. And then you get inflammation and then you get leaky gut. Then the leaky gut allows those proteins through and you end up with food sensitivities, food allergies, autoimmunity, and just all hell breaks loose. So that's why I like doing the Gut Zoomer. Also htma, which is a hair sample that lets us check your mineral levels, which is very different than checking the blood. The blood, it's almost always perfect because the body is always trying to create a state of homeostasis and will take what it needs from wherever it needs to to get it to where it needs it to keep your body in the best shape possible. So that's why hair is different. And I should do a video just on htma. So those are the tests. Mycotoxin, organic acid gut Zoomer, htma. Also a micronutrient panel is amazing, especially looking at your be vitamins which can get really wrecked, especially if you have MTHFR variations. Holistic practitioner advice or guidance. Alright, feel free to connect with me on pharmacy.com I do one on one Zoom consultations and I'm losing my question here. Alright, supplements, same thing. My pharmacy.com everything is built around mold and Lyme and chronic conditions. So I have just about everything you need there. And then there is my dog. Poor dog too. I was just looking to see if I had some phytospore here. So microbiome labs, two things I like to do for dogs, for pets. Phytospore, which is a spore based probiotic, kind of like megasporebiotic I use on all my people, clients. There's a dog version. Okay. And you can open up that capsule, sprinkle it on food or however you think you can get it into your dog, and then sludge, which is the yellow humic and fulvic acid binder up here. It has no other additions, ingredients, anything. It's straight, pure humic, fulvic. So if you get the tub as opposed to the pouch, you get more bang for your buck with the tub. But it comes with a scoop. So you can literally just sprink some, sprinkle some in their food or water to help start binding like we do with our own bodies. All right. So, Denise, I hope that helps. Those are a lot of questions. It's a lot of big steps, but I try to hit all the big points you need to know for moving forward.
