Why do I have so many allergies from mold?

Matt Kelly explains how mold exposure can trigger widespread food allergies and chemical sensitivities by overloading the body with mycotoxins, activating mast cells and spiking histamine. Recovery starts by eliminating mold exposure, supporting digestion and liver function, then using binders and antifungals to reduce the toxic load. His son Isaac went from tolerating only 6 foods to full recovery.

Ashley here has progressed to one of the awful states that I hate to see people get to with mold toxicity. And Ashley said after mold exposure, she developed severe and progressive allergies. Now more than 40 food allergies. An additional allergy to inhaled fragrances. And unfortunately, this is entirely possible. And this is what can happen with enough mold exposure and with that assault on the body. And I've seen this firsthand with our son Isaac. He became so sensitive to everything that even if there was any citrus, like our grape juice, we would squeeze lemon into the grape juice. He would use that to take his pills. But he burst into tears two, three, four minutes later. And at the time when I didn't know what was going on, it made no sense. And it was so frustrating and sad and all these emotions to see your child just in pain. And I had no idea. And it took time. Our medical system obviously had no idea what was going on. And it took me time to figure out what was going on. But because of the citrus, was histamine liberating. He had that little bit of lemon that was in the whole jug, but just in his cup. Just a tiny amount would just set him off. The histamine would spike, and his histamine reaction, his small intestine, would send, like, a stabbing pain through his abdomen. And it was absolutely awful. But that's what happens. What can happen with enough damage from mold toxicity? And his foods went down to about six foods at his worst. Now he can eat anything and everything. There's nothing he reacts to. But at the time, at his worst, we were down to about half a dozen foods. And I'm sorry to heal here that you're in the same place, Ashley. So, yeah, absolutely, you're gonna get those food allergies. You're gonna. You're having an allergy to inhaled fragrances. So what's happening is those chemicals, your body can't handle the extra chemicals. So whether it's, you know, perfume or other. Other toxins, it just spikes the histamine, which absolutely creates more inflammation and chaos in your body. So step one is to stop the exposure. Make sure you're not living in a moldy home. So have you run an ermi yet? Have you verified that you're not adding to the toxic load of your body? Because usually when people get to this point, it means they have a constant supply of toxins that are keeping their toxic bucket full in their body, and they're just sitting there every time they get a whiff, whether it's mold, mycotoxins perfume, you know, dryer sheets or plastics in a store. Whatever it is, it just boom, it's the buckets full, and it triggers histamine, and the body freaks out, giving you whatever your specific symptoms are for histamine reactions or mast cell activation or multiple chemical sensitivity symptoms. So first thing is to make sure you're not adding to your body's load through breathing it in at home. And then if that's the case, you're in a clean space. You got to do the foundational work. You're pooping twice a day. You've got the liver support, you've got the bioflow support, gallbladder support, kidney support. And then once those are established, then you start bringing in the binders, like fulvic sludge here, which is just pure humic and fulvic, no additions to it. And start binding those toxins and lowering that toxic load on the body. And then as you keep lowering that toxic load and view my previous video here about antifungals and bringing that load down, your body can start to take a chill pill. It can start to relax a little bit and doesn't freak out. And, yeah, that's. That's the process you got to follow. It's the same process I talk about with everyone for mold. This is just. You're in such a horrible place, Ashley, because it's gotten. Just hit so hard. And I'm. And I'm sorry. I feel awful for you because I know how awful it is and went over my time here. But, Ashley, I hope you find this helpful. You just have to follow these steps in the right order. That's the way to heal. All right. And start with a clean environment. Bye. Bye.
