Why does mold keep coming back in my body?

Matt Kelly explains why mold symptoms return after leaving a moldy house: either the first treatment didn't fully work, or you're getting exposed again somewhere new. He recommends a baseline mycotoxins urine test and retesting to catch new exposure, and asks if your new home was tested for mold.

I like what Dana did here. She said that she was diagnosed when she did live blood analysis, and that's pretty cool. I know a couple people that it was their live blood analysis practitioner that was able to see the fungal problem in their blood to give them the heads up that mold was a problem. So that's super cool. So if you are looking for something like that, look for. Search for someone in your local area that does live blood analysis. But that's not Dana's question. I was just saying. I like that part. What is she asking here? She says she moved from the moldy house, thought she got rid of it, but it keeps coming back. Is there a way to get rid of mold toxicity for good? Yes, absolutely. Fungal colonization, like mold growing in your body. We've got great tools to getting rid of that. For mycotoxins, we've got great binders and food and layers and therapies and everything for getting rid of that. But if you. If it keeps coming back, it means either your symptoms are just coming back, means it wasn't gone to start with, which is why I always say test, not guess, or you're getting new exposure somewhere. It doesn't need to be your home, could be your car, could be a new place of work, a new gym, something like that. So I would say for first steps, I would do mycotoxins lab and get your baseline mycotoxins, see where you're at. And then if you are continuing to get worse, then. And if you're still working on yourself, and then retest and see if they're higher, you likely are getting exposure somewhere. But I would definitely get my baseline now, see where you're at. Hopefully you already did one when you say, I thought I got rid of it, because when you, you know, with. With mycotoxins, you want to be running a lab. It's a simple urine test. Yes, I know it's expensive, but if you get that, get your baseline, you can see if they're gone, if they're all in range or not. So if they're all in range and all of a sudden you're high and you're feeling worse, you're likely getting exposure. So if it keeps coming back, I'd be very curious. I would test, not guess, possibly. Did the new house that you went to, did you do an ermi there to make sure that it was not full of molds that create toxic mycotoxins? I guess that would be my second question. So it is a curious case. I suspect you have exposure. I love that you did the live blood analysis. If you need help, I'll put links here to the labs. If you need one on one help, I'll put the link to my website. But something's going on here, Dana, and I'll help you get to the bottom of it if you need help. Otherwise, just jump back on your mold protocol that you were doing to get rid of it the first time. And then if that knocks it down and it comes back again, you definitely are having exposure somewhere. Or you have something else like Lyme in the mix too, that you never tested for and that just keeps creating symptoms. All right, Hope that helps a little bit.
