Why is my Ochratoxin A still high when I feel better?

Matt Kelly explains why ochratoxin A levels stay elevated even after feeling better: the toxin isn't from active mold but from Penicillium and Aspergillus spores. He recommends continuing detox with saunas and binders, plus gut work using Megasporebiotic, Cellcore CTbiotic, and humic/fulvic supplements to clear the remaining toxin.

Jay, I finally got a guy asking a question. I love it. Let's get the confetti gun for Jay. All right, Jay. I love it. When most people. 99% of people that do consultations ask questions. Are all women about women and children. Because men are always the last ones to get sick due to our testosterone. Is mycotoxin protective? So I hear from a lot less men. So, Jay, thanks for submitting a question. Where does mold colonize? All my symptoms are gone and feel great, but my ochratoxin A is 42. I cleared marcons doing sauna binders. Cellcore for three months now. Not in my environment nor possessions. Wow. So, first of all, Jay, congratulations. That is super awesome that you've done this much work and that you're feeling great because that's the end goal. Okay. As long as you feel good, we can slowly keep working everything down that's showing on labs. But feeling good is everyone's goal. That's the finish line. Okay. It's about making your body feel good. And I like that you're doing sauna. That absolutely increases elimination of toxins, including mycotoxins binders. Good. Cellcore for three months now. Man, you must not. You're a superhero. If you're feeling that good in three months. You got into clean space and doing all the best stuff. I'll put a link here, too. For the cellcore, they got two mold kits. They got the NYC and the advanced nyc. So if anybody wants to jump on Cellcor and try the same thing as Jay, I'm going to link that up. But your question is, where does mold colonize? And then you're asking about your telling me about your ochratoxin A. So first thing I want to do is clarify, in case anyone's confused by that, is that ochratoxin A is not a mold. Ochratoxin A is a mycotoxin created by penicillium and aspergillus both. So mycotoxins don't colonize. They're not a mold. They're a mycotoxin A byproduct, a toxic metabolite of aspergillus and penicillium. And they can be anywhere and everywhere but with ochratoxin A. If that's it sounds like that's what you're asking about and want to deal with ochratoxin A, I'm using sludge. None on my desk, but you can see the pouches back there. Also comes in the tub, which is you get more bang for your Buck. So I use that Humicon Fulvic, I pulse GI detox with people and then I also work the gut hard because ochratoxin A is almost always the last mycotoxin to go and it requires gut work. So you're already on cellcore. So get cellcor CT biotic, also get megasporebiotic. So when we're working on ochratoxin A, I'll have someone do at least one of the big bottles, which is 180 capsules, so that lasts three months. So I have them do that and then I layer in Cellcor CTbiotic and depending on them, I'll either add it at the end of the protocol or I'll do like a month of this and layer it in, depending on their issues, depending on their gut, depending on their symptoms. Okay, but you sound like you're doing well, so maybe do a month of megasporebiotic and then layer in CTbiotic as well. So megasporebiotic is a spore based probiotic, very different than taking live bacteria. Whereas ctbiotic has a great blend of live and spore, but it has some of those main big live bacteria that we need, like lactobacillus and bifido strains. So that's a good one too. So that's what I would do, Jay, is if you're focusing on ocratoxin A, you're in a clean environment, you're doing everything right. Keep doing your sauna, but add in gut work. Okay. And make sure you keep that humic and fulvic. Get some sludge, because while the cell cores are great, when you look at how much humic and fulvic is actually in, like say biotoxin binder, it's a relatively small amount where, like the dose with sludge in each stick pack of these is 500 milligrams of pure humicum fulvic. It doesn't have the broccoli sprout extract, it doesn't have the molybdenum, it doesn't have any citric acid, it doesn't have any of that other stuff. So that's going to make you go even faster. And because you're doing so well and you don't sound like you're super sensitive, you're feeling well, you said your body would tolerate it. All right, hope that helps. Jake, you felt the good work.
