What I found clinically, both in the research setting and also in treating patients, is that metabolic manipulation of cancer is critical regardless of whatever treatment you're doing. Now, there are many ways into metabolism because metabolism is not one simple thing. And so when we're manipulating the metabolism of cancer, we also need to remember that we're manipulating the metabolism of the normal tissue, the normal part of the person's body. We also need to remember that there's lots of inputs and exits in our metabolism, and that means for cancer, while they might be a little different, there's lots of inputs and exits.
