A practice owner argues clinicians should hire mentors who've built successful medical practices. The speaker draws on experience running practices focused on men's health, treating Peyronie's disease and erectile dysfunction, and claims all coaching advice comes from what actually works in their own clinics.

So, the case for hiring a mentor, somebody who's gonna show you the way, is you want somebody who has done it before. The point is this, you wanna work with people that have been there and done that. I believe that's what makes us different and unique. While I'm not a physician, I know what it's like to own practices and start them from the ground up. I know what it's like to see a ton of patients throughout the day. I know the joy and the rush that you get from seeing a patient get well. While I was never treating patients, I certainly was interacting with them every single day. And there was nothing better than when a patient comes in and says, You fixed my Peyronie's, or you fixed my erectile dysfunction, or whatever it was, or I have more energy now because I'm doing hormone replacement therapy. And you look at the blood work, and you look at where they were, and you see that light in their eyes. So, I can only imagine what it's like for you. And it's the same reason why what we teach, we use in our practices today. We own practices today. Everything that we share and we teach with our clients has been field tested in the practices so that you know that it's gonna work, okay? I mean, you've been doing this your whole life, right? So, why stop now?
