What I want to do is I'm going to give you key things that we teach our clients of how to handle work-life balance. You've got to maintain, you've got to create boundaries in your life, okay? So you have to learn how to create boundaries. So let's say you're going to say, all right, I'm going to do nothing but cash patients and procedures. I'm going to do those, say, on Thursdays. Then don't let any insurance patients fill that gap. Even if you're slower that day, Don't build— don't put any insurance patients in. Do not let your staff say, well, Mrs. Smith could only come in and see you on Thursday, so we just snuck her in. Don't let them do it. You have to create boundaries, okay? Because for you to create this cash practice or a hybrid practice, you have to create space, not just in your calendar, but in your head up here, so that you have the space to be able to do the things and focus on the things that are gonna actually pay you back in the long term.
