So the whole conversation with coaching is this is exactly what you have done your entire life. In fact, you have found mentors, coaches, found fellows who would show you the way and give you the easy button, if you will, or the shortcuts so that you didn't have to beat your head up against a wall. Now look, you can learn a lot of different ways, but hasn't learning how to become an expert in your field been a lot easier by going to an event, signing up for webinars, going and investing money with somebody who's an expert in your field, doing a fellowship because that's exactly what you do. So, the case for hiring a mentor, somebody who's going to show you the way is you want somebody who has done it before. I always say, look, if you're in the Marines and you were preparing to go to war, would you rather learn from the drill sergeant who has read about war or the one who has seen his buddies killed in the trenches next to him or her? Well, you'd want the second one because they're going to be truthful with you, they're going to be honest with you, and when you make one little mistake, they're going to be all over you. So the point is this, you want to work with people that have been there and done that. I believe that's what makes us in fact different and unique.
