You know, maybe give us an overview of Belong as a marketplace today. Yeah, Belong's a fairly unique marketplace. It's a fully managed marketplace for long-term rentals, most akin to property management as a traditional business. For folks that aren't familiar with the business, you're probably thinking when I said the first few sentences, Airbnb for long-term rentals, and you wouldn't be way off. And by long-term rentals, I mean 12-month-plus leases. So it's not vacation homes, It's like the home that you want to live in for several years. But the reason I said you wouldn't be far off is it's not exactly that. That would be more akin to, you know, Zillow's rental business. Ours is fully managed.
