it comes to like team building and hiring, do you have any tips maybe for, you know, earlier stage founders?

Definitely hire slow, fire fast. Nobody ever regrets letting the wrong person go, but you absolutely regret keeping them on too long. And that's such a hard rule to follow, and I am guilty of not following it. But every time you do it, like, you very quickly realize that, that was absolutely the right decision. You know, also, we talk a lot at Hopscape Drive about hiring for culture add, not necessarily culture fit. And we talk a lot, you know, we are a very mission-driven company, and we talk a lot about our values and hiring for our values and making sure people are aligned with those values. There's a lot of ways to achieve, your goals and your mission and be very ambitious. And like, we just, we don't have time for that. Like, we're spending too much time here working on this to work with people who, it's just not that hard to be nice. And so we have a very strong, so I think that attracts a lot of people and makes people want to come and work here. And I think we've created a culture and an environment that feeds upon that and becomes a self, you know, a self-fulfilling prophecy and a network. effect, a flywheel. And so, you know, I think we also have very strong retention, like people want to work here, they want to be here, they want to stay here.
