This is a YouTube video titled "25% of Your Team Is Dead Weight – AI Fixes That" containing a monologue or talk discussing how automation can improve employee efficiency by addressing inefficiencies in staff time usage, recorded in July 2025. The speaker explains the benefits of automation for businesses in terms of cost savings and project deliverability.
When you're looking to sell automation to businesses, the number one thing that you should be looking for is employee efficiency. So you look at the automation structures and how you can improve their consistency. Because 85, 90% of the time when I go into a company, I find that 15, 20, 25% of their staff base is actually using their time incredibly inefficiently. And an automation structure would allow you to basically eradicate that member of staff. I'm not trying to lose anyone their job here, but if a company can save money on payroll as well as improve company efficienc efficiency, that's how you end up with a saleable client and a deliverable project that you can win both on an initial setup phase and a long term retainer.
