This is a YouTube video titled "AI Agents Are 90% Useless. Here’s the 10% That Actually Works" created in August 2025. The content features a single speaker discussing the misconceptions around AI agents, emphasizing the importance of focusing on practical AI automation solutions that drive revenue and improve efficiency rather than complex, non-productive AI applications.
Before you watch this video, you've probably scrolled through about another five AI videos that are feeding you completely incorrect information. And I need to explain this in detail. At the moment, I am seeing an abundance of individual pieces of information about AI agents and about how they can be all pieced together. 72 of them that can birth children and raise them till they're five and they're ready for school. Like none of it is true. You need to focus on the 10% of AI automation solutions that drive revenue or save time and improve profit margins, not focus on the 90 of AI, which is cool, fun, great to play around with, but doesn't pay the bills. A lot of people are falling into this trap at this moment in time and I'm trying to be a voice of reason here because you cannot continue down a road where you think that complexity is key. Complexity is a disease. Complexities will kill the efficiency of your flows and it will give you an output which is not valuable to the company because the breakages causing more work and headaches for you. Focus on keeping it simple. Keep it simple, stupid. That's exactly how it should be.
