AI Won’t Replace You (Unless You Ignore This)

A speaker argues AI won't replace you if you use it to get better at your job. The key is treating it as a tool to amplify your skills, not something to fear. Adapt now or risk being left behind.
Guys, I get it. You're feeling like a fraud now. AI can do 90% of your job on a daily basis. Well, here's why it's an advantage. It's good that you feel that way, but here's why it's an advantage. The reason why it's an advantage is because it is natural to feel inadequate. When you start to see all of the news coming in from an AI perspective and you're looking at AI and seeing its progress, seeing its development, well, AI is just the engine. Stop seeing AI as a competitor and start leaning into it to help you improve your job and your efficiency. Of course this is changing the landscape of, of businesses, but what it should be doing is making you more efficient at doing your job, more output. AI is just the brain. You can give it commands, it will give you, you can write code, it will give you build your websites, it will do these individual things for you. But that's all based off of previous historical instruction from a human being. So you need to prioritize being able to move with the times and leave yourself in a situation by that. By using AI, it's effectively your personal trainer that gives you and refines your skills and brings you up to a level where you've never been before because of the capabilities to be able to go and ask AI those stupid questions that you wouldn't ask your boss or that concept an idea that you have and you want more information about it. Don't be scared of AI. Lean into it and ensure that you use it to the best of your ability to.
