This is a YouTube video titled "Businesses Pay for THIS: Time Freedom = Sales" containing a monologue or presentation focused on the value of automation in business, emphasizing that automation is about gaining time and freedom rather than just tools. The speaker discusses how AI chatbots and task management tools can streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Automation isn't about tools, it's about time, freedom. And that's exactly how you should pitch it to businesses. From your perspective, as your AI chatbot is answering emails for you, you're closing your next client whilst your ClickUp tasks or Monday board's been updated automatically. As certain things are happening inside of your internal structure, you're in a position where you're scoping work for the next inquiry that you've just spoken to. You need to sell it that way. Stop thinking about tools and start thinking about time. And that will give you the maximum pound for pound output.
