What if I was to tell you that the only thing that's keeping you stuck is a promise that you made to yourself before you knew any better? 2026 is here. You can honor the old agreements from 2025, or you can break it so destructively that the people who knew you won't recognize what's left. Today, I'm going to show you how to level up so fast it makes people feel uncomfortable. What if the only thing between you and the next level is an agreement that you don't remember? Making that agreement isn't easy to see. Today, I will help you uncover it. You'll build feed loops that expose the exact moment that you wanted that agreement. And you'll replace it with something so aligned to who you're becoming. Your old breakthrough becomes your new bare minimum. Let's rewrite that contract together. And every single one of you can relate to this next point. Because you're still hitting that same ceiling. No matter how hard you work, no matter what your ceiling is, you're still hitting it. And here's why. You're not lazy. You're domesticated. Most of us operate from agreements that we made in childhood. They're shaped by fear, by family patterns. Agreements that we never consciously chose to sign with ourselves. We signed them. Now we're grown up. You can want more. You can visualize more. But until your agreements match your ambition, you'll keep unconsciously sabotaging yourself back to safety. You're trying to build a million pound life on agreements you made when you had nothing. How do I know this? Because I'm exactly the same as you. I'm nothing special. I know because I've had to break my agreements over and over and over again. 3K in the bank. Newborn. Then I built to being a top 1% upwork freelancer running 1.5 million per month in ad spend. Ad accounts for a single client owning multiple seven figure business. Each level demanded that I kill the agreements. That got me to the last one. Then I noticed something, and it should have been really obvious at the time. My holiday home company ran itself. 600 leads, 800 leads a month. One sales rep, speed to lead systems doing the heavy lifting. But my agency, the PPC agency, every decision still really flowed through me. Same person, same brain. Two different agreements about what business meant. My own internal agreements that I'd made with myself were conflicting. One business I'd built to scale, the other I'd built to need me. Because somewhere along the way, I don't know where it was, but somewhere along the way, I'd agreed that being needed was the same as being valuable. I needed to break that agreement as I had done with many other agreements before it, in order to grow. I've got some incredible wisdom to share with you later on in this video. But before we talk about how to catch your agreements in action, I could I ask a huge favor. If you're new here, please hit that subscribe button. Like and subscribe. Do me a favor. This quality of content is guaranteed to come from me every single week. Here's what most people miss, and it's simply because they don't understand the human brain. 98% of your thoughts are automated loops. Your brain has a reticular activating system. It's like a filter that decides what signal versus noise. Okay? Right now your ras is probably set to find problems to fix. So you wake up, you check slack, you check your emails, you see 49 tiny little fires that put out clients. This. You need to do this task. And you spend your day firefighting, not because you're undisciplined, but because your mental triggers are misconfigured. The moment that you can see the pattern, you can erase that pattern. Every single Sunday, I ask myself three questions. Where did I break an agreement with myself this week? What assumptions did I make instead of asking? And what did I take personally that wasn't about me? That alone exposes the old agreements that you've made with yourself, yourself, very, very quickly. Try it and you'll see very fast. You'll see patterns that you've been blind to for years, and it will change your life. The book that did it for me, and one that I advise everybody to read, is the Four Agreements by Dom Ruiz. It is absolutely incredible and it is the basis of this video. I promise you that that book will change your life. But I have done this numerous times and I started with my personal lifestyle. Too much time at the pub. That was an old agreement with Comfort. No system for AD account management. I assume the 50 hours a month that I spent were natural. I delayed fixing agreements that I'd been programmed with four years. What is your version of that? So at this stage, you don't know. You don't know what your version of that is. And I understand now the fastest way to rewrite old agreements is feedback loops weekly from your team, your spouse, your circle, people around you. Okay, and of course, yourself. But when it comes to the circle part and people around you, ask them, where did you see me reacting from? Assumption instead of clarity. This week don't take their feedback personally. It's agreement correction. But awareness means nothing if your internal thermostat resets back to broke. And why do we do all of this? Because the biggest mindset shift is making your best ever performance. Your new agreement. You don't rise to your goals. You fall to your agreements. Your brain holds domesticated beliefs. When you hit your version of a lot of income or you've lost a lot of weight or massive opportunities, old agreements kick in. Your inner voice says, this isn't who you are. This isn't who I am. Return to the familiar. And then people factory reset. Here's what that looked like for me. I was stuck at 20 to 30k months, working 60 plus hours a week, always on. I'd agreed that success meant struggle. And then do you know what I did? I was brave enough to question it. What if that agreement was never mine to begin with? I got impeccable with my commitments. I stopped assuming I needed to do everything. Killed Interesting work only took work that compounded systems that held new agreements in place. Now, higher revenue than ever. Fewer decisions, lower background anxiety. That old amazing month became another Tuesday. Guys, picture this. You start whatever you're doing. You hit your first 10k month. The champagne bottles pop. The the screenshot, the relief flooding through your chest. You can feel it in your heart. Now imagine making that the new agreement. And that's your floor. And that's your minimum standard. That is breaking domestication. Your old agreements set your income ceiling. New ones reset it. So now how do you actually install the new agreements? And it starts with one question. And it all comes down to you. Every decision that you make is guided by an unconscious agreement. And most people never question it. If your dominant agreement is I must not fail, you'll play small forever. Forget it. Shift it to what old agreement am I reacting from? And what new agreement do I actually want? And then everything changes. Here's what most mindset gurus miss. If your business needs systems to scale, why wouldn't your beliefs? Your mind runs on agreements. Right now, you've got the wrong ones. Firing examples of this. When a client texts you after hours, you respond immediately. The agreement My worth depends on their approval. When revenue dips, you panic and add more tactics. Agreement scarcity is truth. When something breaks, you personally fix it. Agreement only I can do the job right. Those aren't character flaws. They're domesticated beliefs that you never chose. Most people don't lack discipline. They lack new agreements that protect their floor whilst they push for the ceiling. That question exposes the old agreement. It redirects your focus, drives your actions and installs new ones. Everybody's heard the saying, your word is your bond. You know, if you can't keep your word, I don't want you around. Da da da. That's true. But your word, including the words that you speak to yourself, shapes your reality. Change the question, change the agreement, change your future. That's not motivation. Motivation is temporary. That's being impeccable with your word and impeccability scales. Here's your agreement audit. Where did you break an agreement with yourself this week? If you dare put this in the comments or one place you acted from an old belief when you should have had a new agreement in place. Let's examine your domesticated thinking together. Let's speak it into reality. Because if you're doing 10 to 30k months and still feel fragile, you don't lack discipline. You lack new agreements that protect your floor while you push for the ceiling. It doesn't matter whether you have zero MRR or you have 10 million MRR. This is your fork in the road moment. New agreements or old ones on repeat, 2026 is here. Either way, you can meet it. The same as the domesticated version of you that was in 2025. Still firefighting, still bottlenecks, still trapped by your beliefs that you never chose. Or you can show up as someone who's broken the old agreements, refuses to take the new ones that don't serve you properly. I've generated over 800 million in revenue using systems. Scaled ad accounts as I've mentioned. Average 78. Profitability lift not by being harder on myself, but by being impeccable with my commitments. Structure, not struggle. The same principles that scale AD accounts, scale identities. Your business runs on systems. So does your mind. See you in the next one.
