This is a YouTube video titled "The #1 Reason Your Business Isn't Growing. #shorts #sales" containing a monologue by a single speaker discussing the common problem in business lead nurturing processes, emphasizing the lack of AI use and reliance on manual, commission-based follow-ups that focus on easy conversions rather than maximizing all inquiries. The content is from August 2025 and focuses on sales and business growth strategies.

I'm telling you now, the number one problem in 99.9% of businesses comes from their leap nurturing process. Because they're not using AI to follow up. They have manual systems based off of reps. And the way that they are based off of commission, generally speaking, means that they will always go after the low hanging fruit that they want to convert. And your job as a business owner or freelancer, whether you're small or not, is to make sure that as your inquiries come in, you use the maximum amount of tools available to ensure that you squeeze as much out of the 100% of the inquiries as physically possible.
