The No-BS Guide to Your First $1,500 with AI (A 4-Step Plan for Beginners)

This is a YouTube video titled "The No-BS Guide to Your First $1,500 with AI (A 4-Step Plan for Beginners)" created in August 2025. The content likely provides a straightforward, beginner-friendly plan to earn $1,500 using AI, but no conversational dialogue or multiple speakers are indicated in the excerpt.
Here's how to actually make your first $1500 online using AI from somebody who's closed over half a million in revenue from AI projects in the last four months. When we take a look through the AI space. The reason for this video is that I'm seeing a lot of people out there promoting courses, promoting AI as this wonderful magic tool that's going to allow you to make money. Well, it does, but it's a vessel and it requires hard work in order to get there. And, and I'm going to show you how. I've been there, done it, got the T shirt. I've run multiple seven figure businesses. One of them is AI. And this is something that I think that the world needs to hear in order to be able to take this step into AI. Now we're going to hit it off with some facts. The importance, the truth about making money online is where we're going to start. Because that is the most critical place. At the end of the day, nobody gives you money for free. You have to work at it. What happens with the AI model though is that it's extremely scalable once you set your foundations properly and you have the skill set in order to be able to produce it because you're solving problem for businesses. I learned at a very young age that the best businesses that you can run are the ones which save significant amounts of money, unfix significant problems for businesses because then you don't cost them anything. My dad has a saying that saying is that it's not what you pay a man, it's what he costs you. And that is it true. When you are negotiating a quote from a business perspective, the make money online landscape in 2025 is just ridiculously saturated with misleading opportunities. Create this AI agent model, do this, you know, generate this, this outreach model, this outreach model, this one, and frankly, it's just become a circus of individuals telling you to do individual things. AI has opened a massive door for you. You should immediately jump head first into the AI space. It's something that you should do 1000%. That is not what I'm trying to say here. But the way that most gurus or online courses or explanations, even just, you know, profiles promote it is that it's extremely little work. You get the return on investment from implementing AI. Learning it actually it's not as easy and it's not in the same way as most people make it out to be. They often focus on the sort of the passive income element to AI that demands little effort, promising unrealistic returns. Doesn't give you the true, the true use case. The facts of the matter are that more than 90 of AI gurus have never achieved success in business beyond basically selling a dream. And that is where I differ strongly because I've done it in multiple industries. Some not, not even digital. I recommend digital, but some not digital. And get the idea out of your brain immediately that somebody out there is going to be able to sell you a course that's going to be able to deliver X and Y results. I don't want to generalize, but I don't think I've ever seen a course. The reason that someone's selling a course, generally speaking, and this is going to be my upset a few people, but the reason people are selling a course generally speaking is because they can't sell the service themselves. So they have to sell how to teach it. Now, when it comes down to passive AI incomes, income schemes, they fail for beginners who don't have an existing audience because they don't know how to, how to handle it. Eventually it can become passive. You scale into an AI agency or you collaborate with multiple individual freelancers, whatever it might be, and then it becomes passive because you're focusing on the, on the, on the inquiry generation, which we'll get to in, in a moment. But that's the general reason why they, they fail. You know, you don't have an existing audience and you quit because you're like, you know, this is tough. This is, this, this, this doesn't approach, this approach doesn't work for me. The, what's happening here is not the case. Marketplaces are overcrowded with tens of thousands of people attempting to do the same, strategies being heavily promoted. If you're inside of this course, this guru has this course and you're in a position where you're basically looking at what another 15,000 people have signed up to. Well, they're all using that exact same strategy. I will caveat that by people buy people, so people don't buy a service they buy. You could have the best service in the world. Nobody will buy it unless they buy into you and they buy into you by transparency. You won't speak to somebody more transparent than me, especially when it comes to business, because that is, you should never over promise, you should never under promise. AI isn't a silver bullet that's going to solve every single individual issue inside of your company. But what it can do is it can save you hundreds, if not thousands of hours every single week. And that is where you should, you, you should Tame tailoring your, your sort of. Your pitch. I hate calling it a pitch, but you know, your sort of approach. To me it's a collaboration and conversation, but this is the sort of thing I'm talking about. So a guru says you can earn $300 a day with AI. You buy the course at $160, create AI generated ebooks and templates, list products on marketplaces. Sales after 30 days, minimal for most people, moderate success for some people, because there are exceptions to every single rule. I didn't state that earlier because it's common sense. There are exceptions to rules, but normally down the most people model, they try different marketplaces, they get the same poor results, they're on the hamster wheel, they're spinning around consistently, they blame their self or they blame their system and then they search for new ways to make money. I'm just going to laser in on something here where it's blame yourself or platform. I don't care whether it's AI or whether in this particular case it's gurus. AI. You can't go wrong as long as you commit to it. And that's my honest opinion of it. But this blame yourself section in here, I put it in here intentionally. The only thing that you should be asking yourself is, what did I miss? It's never anybody else's fault, believe me, it's always your fault. If somebody did something and you gave somebody and they ran off of your money, whatever. You should have spotted the signs early. You shouldn't have taken that trust element and gone through. You should reflect internally every single time. Because everything that happens in your life is based off of what you have done and your exact position that you are in right now. As it stands, that position is exactly where you deserve to be based off of the actions that you've taken, or indeed not taken in most cases. And the way you should take that statement is based off of how successful you are. So that is not meant to be provocative, it's meant to be motivating. Because if you start getting out there and do that, you know, start putting the key and core elements in place, you will be a success. But most people blame their tools and they don't blame themselves for the way that they operate them. So why service based businesses are the best starting point for beginners. Service based businesses are exceptional because they require time. I'm not saying they don't require any money at all, but they require. In, in most cases they don't. From an AI perspective, you can start literally for free, free, tokens from a chat GPT perspective free, you know initial operations from make nan execution. So you always have the ability you can start, literally start for free. But the reason that they are that they are the best is that when starting out you know the key decision that you that you make. Not this isn't necessarily service based but this is why you choose service based when you starting out. Beginners often face the key decision of whether to launch a product based business or a service based business. Product based businesses have major issues. The main advantage of a service based business in comparison is that they require minimal upfront investment. Time and skill is what will separate you from the pack. Whereas when it comes to products you have to go out there, you source this, there's manufacturing, the shipping issues, you then have staff, you have orders, you have refunds. There are so many individual things that go into that marketing, you know, providing that making sure the product is right, you can get a significant way through your business journey before you find out actually your product is rubbish and it's never going to go anywhere. So there are ways to caveat that by making sure the product is but there's still a lot of heavy lifting up front that is required from a product based business. What you have in this position and this video is designed to earn you your first fifteen hundred dollars. And I promise you if you follow this you will. This is not a guru course. I'm not selling you anything. I'm giving you information for free. I want you to understand how you would go about generating that first fifteen hundred dollars and then you can replicate. But service businesses offer a crucial segment and that crucial segment is learn while you earn. So I have an upwork profile that has half a million earnings on it and I've been on the platform for two years. I have a big reputation outside of that platform. I handle tens of millions in ad spend every month. From a PPC perspective it makes it gives me a significant advantage. But I learned while I earn by working inside of agencies and then when I went freelance I would either do work for free or I would start with extremely small amounts of retainers and fees and then I would grow. But you generate cash flow while simultaneously you gaining a deeper understanding at my level. Now from an AI and PPC perspective my AI journey started three years ago but from a Google Ads perspective I've got over a decade in the field now I'm in a position where clients will bring me 2 million two year a month in ad spend. The highest on the books at the moment is 2 million a month. Because of that, you're in a position where, well I'm in a position where I don't have to learn while I earn because I know exactly what a business should be, should be doing. I can explain exactly how it needs to be done with critical and core implementation strategies that make complete sense and that gives you the advantage. Well, I wasn't there on my first day. Maybe where you are stood right now looking at this from an AI perspective. I had to learn everything. I wasn't born understanding how to use AI and digital marketing strategies or whatever. I wasn't born with that information. I put the time in, I learn while I earn. But the best thing about a business, service based business is you can do that, but you can do it whilst working for yourself. Whereas my individual approach initially was worked agency side, then went freelance and, and sort of moved on and developed and grew from there. Okay, so you know, this is advice coming from a top 1% global freelancer. And I think that that's something that I'm very passionate about and I'm very, I'm very strong on. So the advantages, the service model enables you to monetize your skills without the need for external funding. There's no need to go to a big. Sorry, one second. There's no need to go to a big corporate firm that you know that has money for you to be able to get off the ground when it comes to. Let me change this color. Is yellow better? Yeah, yellow is better. Go to a big, large corporate, a company that, that has money, get funded. You, you can be, you know, the money doesn't have to be passed to you here. You, you literally can be bootstrapped with just time and skill set and hone them in laser. In using free tools to build flows that are salable. You can even just use templates from the, the big boys or templates that are available online that allow you to be able to have a leg up in the industry with things and 70, 80 of the work is done. Done. We'll get to that in a moment. But you don't need, you don't need, you don't need money to monetize. You literally just need time and skill. And each client acts as a paid case study which helps you build and expand your growing your business portfolio. So right now you have nothing. Okay? There's nobody, there's no fish in your pond. But you do free or know cheap work for, for this guy. You're underpaid but you're, you know, you're learning While you earn, a lot of people will respect you as well if you come in there and say I have experience in there, I built all of these flows, but I'm looking to get my foot in the door with actual paid clients and implementation. You know, maybe you don't pay if, if you don't like the output, whatever the approach is, but you have, you, you complete the task and let's say it's success, it's a success. So you have this guy, but then four weeks later you now have three guys doing the same thing. Three guys and girls doing the same thing. You now have free sources of reputation of like hey came in and he saved me, you know, 15 hours a week from this manual task that I was doing. And then I could keep drawing people inside the bubbles to explain, but I could put you in touch with 200 people today that could tell you about my skill set in AI and digital marketing elements or whatever with whichever service you wanted to pick. Like I could go out there now and people will explain to you like this is what he did was, was crazy, stood out from the crowd amazingly and he delivered exactly what he said. And that's my point. You will slowly add and grow your developer base. Okay, so when you look at the skill, the starting point in, from a skills versus time perspective and you're actually looking at what to do. So skill and time is what is what's required. If you choose the right business model, which you should and you go the service based approach with AI, then things are a lot smoother. If you choose the business model from a product product base, you've got to decide if it's digital or physical. Digital products can do very, very well. I have an investment in a digital product business. Does it does, it does pretty well because it's, it's digital. So like PDF downloads, whatever it might be like guides things, things like that. Not gurus, just products for specific things. There's a very successful business that I've worked with in the past that did car manuals, for example, like digital copies of car manuals. Extremely cheap, but once you have the official car manual copy, they can download it, teaches them how to do it X and Y. There's that element of it which is better than a physical product. But a physical product is an absolute nightmare. You can be very successful. Look at the major businesses, you know on planet Earth there are some major product based businesses that are successful, but it's a much tougher start and grind, especially financially. Like you need to invest the finances, not just the time and skill. So from a, from a product based approach, you develop the product, right? You go there, you start developing a product one to three months in development, you launch your marketing efforts, you start outbound marketing and inbound marketing. And I'm going to explain what these, what these are in, in a moment. Then you go to, you know, you get a first sale, maybe in four to six months you've earned a thousand dollars, maybe you've earned $10,000. But it's taken you four to six months to get there. You've got client delivery, you've got issues with your individual products. Now the key and core element here is that with inbound from businesses, I mean when you go down this, let's just go down the service approach, the service based approach, you can offer free work. I just covered this a moment ago. Get your first guy in the pond. You then acquire your first paid project, slash projects. That's you've then got five people in your pond, seven people. Ask them for video testimonials, ask them for reviews, ask them, explain, be transparent that you're trying to get this off the ground. You have a major skill set, but you don't have an audience and you want to get out there. People will respect you a lot. Somebody worked with me and did a good job and asked me for a video testimonial or to do this and to do that and you know, and they explain their situation. I respect that because I was once you like, I have done it. So I will help people. Don't gatekeep. If people, people gatekeep, they're not successful. Trust me. Collaboration is the way that you make, make success. You then deliver so you acquire your face, client, you deliver, you get paid. Always great. You get money in the bank, you don't have to worry about anything from, from there. You've made your first, your, your first few, few, few dollars. And I'm gonna let you in on something. I remember when I went freelance and I remember how concerned I was at that individual time about what I was doing. I had a baby on the way. I literally jumped in headfirst to the freelance model. I didn't know where the client was going to come from, but I knew that I had to make it happen. And I'm not going to give numbers, but what I'm going to explain is that very quickly, within the first six weeks I realized that working for, for a company where they weren't looking after me or you, you're not, you know, you're not being looked after you don't, you're not scaling properly, you don't have a good flexible work, life balance, whatever, you get into that position and you realize that you can actually earn money and get paid. And when that first amount landed, and I know exactly what it was, it was 1200 British pounds. That was my first project that I won and it took me about 10 days to win it. Right. And when, and that includes obviously getting access, auditing. I used to set my alarm three times a night so that I would get up and respond to messages if I'd missed them. Like, I literally did that for months to get off the ground. You don't necessarily have to do that, but I'm just wanted to open up a little bit there about you because I've been you, like, I've been scared. Like I, I know that it can seem daunting, but if you follow this, this, this will work for you. You get paid, you reinvest in lead generation and skill stacking. You want my honest opinion, reinvesting in lead generation and skill stacking. Right. I've personally spent 25, 35,000 pound a month on lead generation at different times. And the best way to scale is through a personal brand, which is why this YouTube channel now exists. But it's also because of building up that pool of people and becoming a specialist in your area. I'm not God's gift. I don't go walk around the earth thinking that I'm the, you know, the best AI developer that's ever existed. But I tell you something, I have saved businesses and generated businesses millions, tens of millions in patterns in revenue for each individual business, depending on their size, using methods that I, that, that I've got and implemented. And I've been here. So, yeah, take that with what you will. I don't want it to come across as if I'm preaching, but I just wanted to explain that I've taken that jump, I've done exactly that. And when the chips are down, you'll find out what you can really do until the chips are down. That's why I always advise people never to be in both camps. Because if you've got a comfortable job and you're trying to build something up, it's probably the, you could argue it's the smartest way. But for my character, if you chuck me in a pool and tell me sink or swim, I will swim every single time. Because I've got it in me and you have to do it and you've got it in you as well. We look at this. And now we go through reinvesting in skills. I wouldn't look too heavy and reinvesting in lead gen. Like I won't go down the crazy route of like launching Google Ad campaigns or investing in an SEO strategy for something or whatever. Like from an AI perspective, I would focus on doubling down on what worked for you, at least initially. Once you get the, the money in the bank, you can do whatever you want with it. You can then go into it. Investment in lead generation is good idea, but what I'm saying is we're talking about fifteen hundred dollars a year. Fifteen hundred dollars. You'll find, you'll find that within three, four weeks if you do it properly. What I'm talking about is when you start getting to 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 150k months. When you get to that, then you decide what you want to do with your lead generation. Not now. Then you scale, then you productize. You can create a SaaS company if you wanted to. You can have all of the individual products that you've built out for other people and replicate them for other businesses that, that require the same thing because you have the templates for them that you've built, not actual templates. You've actually deployed it. And then you'll speak to a business and you'll know exactly what their pain points are. Maybe that business uses fresh desk, maybe that business uses fresh desk HubSpot, you know, whatever it is, they use these individual tools and then you know, before you've even engaged in a conversation, roughly some of the key core points that they, that they face like ticket entry. That is why you're in a position with the, the service based approach is the best because of the upfront cost, the time, the scaling and everything I've just explained. So why AI automation is the best agency and freelancing route that you can start in 2005. I shouldn't really have to explain this to you, but this is the future. Everybody is talking about AI. AI is going to be a thing that is around forever. It's only going to develop. It's got, you've got, there's a learning curve to it, but it's not steep as what you think with people like myself or other excellent creators out there that, that inspired me by the way, like to go and to do what to what I'm doing. Watching these videos like this and understanding how you can do it. Again, it was different because of my background but I also, I, I respect a lot of people in this industry just from watching their content like this because they, I'm, I'm sharing something here with you which is really, really valuable. And some people wouldn't tell you and people, other people tell you. Certain, other people have told me certain things and that is the key to success. So AI automation is the best business that you can start in 2025 because it has a weird blend in, in it, blend to it. So there's a relatively low technical barrier. You will want to become efficient in things like JSON and stuff when you're using nan, but you don't have to initially. It comes naturally as you go through it has impressive profit margins. Because of what I referenced earlier in the video. Your quote shouldn't be based later on about what, how much time it takes you to do something. I despise that approach to being paid. You pay me in relevance to what I am making you. That is the way that I look at everything. That's the way that you should look at every inquiry. But AI automations give you that because it's a low technical barrier and it has impressive, impressive profit margins. The no code revolution has turned what was once a highly technical field into something accessible to almost anybody. And this is a true story. I created a video that was how I would teach a 10 year old to create an AI agent. And I'll give you a disclaimer here. My eldest daughter is 14 years old but she built that AI agent using that video. I did it as a test specifically can you go and do it? And she built it. She is a smart individual, I'm not going to lie, she's clever. But the point is, is that a 14 year old could do it and follow that video. So there is no barrier. The technical barrier doesn't exist. It's accessible to everybody. So unlike other agency models, you know, it doesn't continue, it doesn't require continuous efforts to maintain results. Automation solutions typically require relatively low maintenance. They do require maintenance. It's critical because you want clients on retainers and you, and when I say that I don't mean you charge them a retainer and don't do anything. You should be looking to expand that flow as their business changes and develops and specific things happen. You want to implement it into that flow. There wants to be a progressive nature of that from that perspective. But yeah, like I think that, you know, it is important that you, that you look at that as a, as a, it doesn't require a full rebuild every time. So you have, that you have exceptional profit margins, 90 plus percent compared to traditional agency models. If you want to keep this as a freelancing element, you could easily make yourself 50 grand a month using your own client base and the developments that you have simply by having, I don't know, two or three projects on the go at once. When you become established, 90 profit on that, you know you're, you're about five months away from being on, no, you're about three months away from being on track to being a millionaire and you don't even know it. You just, just by watching this video, like you should open your eyes to it. You create once and then you sell multiple times by templating client solutions. Do not just create something and then try and stick it in another business. I'm a big believer you have to understand what, what's, what the business requirements are. But my previous point of what I've just explained covered why that's important. Because you take it, you move a few things around and you actually have the flow already. So that's where you, you get it. Now, I hope you're under following with me, following this with me. You're now in a position, if you've done all of those things where you've got templated processes and you have an abundance of individual flows that you've used and implemented successfully for businesses. Alongside that, your pond of people is now grown. So you now have multiple people, 10, 20, 50 that are able to vouch for your quality of work. And when that happens, you're then in a position of, you know, of a hamster wheel of success. So the opposite of a hamster wheel, like the way that you actually are now moving forward. But what I meant by it is that it's spinning now you're firing now, now you're rolling now you're cooking. Eventually and very quickly you'll find out that it's actually capacity that becomes a problem of being able to do it. So, so how do you do it? What do you do? You master. Let me zoom in a little bit on this. You master the basic of no code platforms. NAN is the most powerful platform you can use. My personal advice to you, this is just me go straight into NAN if you want. It's not like it's crazy, it's no code. But Make.com's interface is very user friendly. So to piece together a few of the individual templates, I think for most people I would say to do that, that is a tricky one. For me. It's not an easy question to answer. Make, do you know what? Go to make and Go to any end and do the same in both. Rip the band aid off. Go and do it in both. Learn them both at the same time. Is it. You can do it. So do that. Build and practice automations. I don't your each individual unique circumstances are all going to be different. But I'm sure there's something in your. In your day to day life that you can automate. Right? Maybe you set up a flow that connects your personal bank statement and you then want to create a filter to find out how much you spend on what you categorize as leisure activities. I don't know something like that. And you could build yourself a flow without any business with literally doing nothing. You could build a business and templates exist that will already take care of this. That's probably a little bit deep for a start. For a start I'd probably just use something like a Google sheet. Update a row, delete a row, append a row, send a message using telegram like things like that. These things that you can use that are free and that you can get an understanding of. Follow videos like mine. Follow the other goats in the industry that have been there that have a bigger, much bigger following than me at this stage. Follow, follow, follow them as well. Like this is not. I don't want to keep AI to me like I'm trying to explain that the information is out there. You just have to go and find it. But build and practice automations. One week I'm gonna cross it out. Build and practice automations all the time. I do, I get. I, I sit down there sometimes at night I'm sat down and I want to like sort of look, I think something comes to my mind about a flow and I'll go and yes, it'll be a very advanced flow at this stage but I'll sit there and I'll just play with the flow. Like I'll do it just for fun because I want to see if I can make it do something like. And that is, I'm just saying continue the evolution. But for you here I'm trying to give you a specific guide. One week, one to two weeks maximum of building out and practicing automations. You then offer free work to grain to gain your first successful result. You go out there, right? So how you would find that upwork's a great platform. Fiverr. There's other platforms around there don't particularly like Fiverr. The name tells you why you shouldn't really like it. But even though it doesn't quite exist in that, in that, in that environment anymore. It screams cheap to me. But when it comes down to this upwork, cold, email relationships, you must have friends about businesses. You must have friends who have that. Ask them about their invoicing system. Start with an invoicing system. Every business has outstanding invoices, right? Most businesses anyway. That is one that you could definitely sell. Say, hey, can I build at you for free? You know, let me build you out an AI system. I can, I can chase, I can chase your invoices and automatically for free. They'll be like, oh well, you know, Susan, and accounts will love that. You build it, you've got a successful, successful project. If you've got nobody, literally go out there and cold and do anything. In fact, I'm going to say this. When you have nothing and I don't know what you've got, you might be a multi millionaire. You might have literally nothing. And watch it, be watching this on a laptop. When you have nothing, you need to knock on as many doors as physically possible. There is no harm in knocking on the, knocking on the doors. You keep knocking, you send that email, you send that dm, you call that person, you call that friend, you call that business, you apply for that upwork job, you optimize your upwork profile, you post in that Facebook group, you post on Instagram, you do all of these things because the worst thing that can happen is that you are back in this exact position where you are when you're watching this video. That is the worst thing that can happen. That's worst case scenario. The best case scenario is that one of those doors, one of those people respond to you and your trajectory for your life changes forever. So that is extremely, extremely important. You've got to do it. Build solutions using templates to get 80% of the work done, customize the final 20% for the client. This is where that sort of comes through. Deliver Solution. A thousand to $2,000, $3,000. I've closed projects that are like $70,000. Not the, the largest project I've closed from AI was 90,000, 90,000 USD. And yeah, it annoyed me because it wasn't six figures, which is not because I'm greedy, but because, because when I thought about it after I was like you were so close to closing a 6k 6k deal. Trust me, I am the furthest person from money motivated. I, I love the hustle, not the, not the money. Now you template that solution for future clients, keeping them all safe. You can categorize them the way that you want. You create a client library of reusable systems. Basically what I just said. Scale with minimal extra effort per client. This, this is ex. This is the exact formula. I've given it to you. But don't be scared if you get a client come on board. That is, you can't use templates for. Don't go after just clients that you can have templates for, especially initially, because you want, you don't just want to build free, successful AI flows and then go after every client that does that. Because you'll pigeonhole yourself into a box. You'll put yourself into a box where you need to expand the horizon. But eventually, you know, you can have, like me, thousands of flows that you can reference and you know exactly what did what. So we have that now. Getting started. Starting an AI automation agency requires next to no prep. This video is your prep, right? This is, this is you. This is your first step of starting your, your AI agency. You can go from nothing to landing an AI client right in. I put one to two months. If you are a good communicator, you can do it in one to two weeks. The reason why I put one to two months in here is because I am a massive advocate of being truthful about your capabilities. Do not lie and try and fake it until you make it. Put the effort in to learn, right? Because there's a caveat to this and I'll get to it. Put the effort into learn so you know you can deliver. But the fact of the matter is, is that no matter, no matter how much you learn in that first month or six weeks, you are not going to know exactly how to build that client's flow. You don't need to. What a lot of people focus on, it's this, it's the, it's the saying in it, you know, done is better than perfect. You're in a position where you have something here as your, this is your, this is your brain. Okay? How do you draw a brain? I'm sure they have lines in them. Yeah. So you have, you have your brain, okay? And that brain has 80% of the knowledge because of your practice template in building the flows, the free builds for the people, whatever you have that, well, you are never going to know this 20%. And this over 20 is because it's specific to the business and initially you won't know it. And to this day, every project I have, there are projects that come and I know everything, every tool. But people come, different tools, they use different things. That 20, you'll never know. Don't sweat it. You're not lying to the, to the, to the user, to the customer. By, by doing that, you're not. You just literally you know how to automate everything. The, the point is, is that how I implement that for your business is going to change based off of the feedback that you and your team give me and what I extract where your pain points are. And that's an art within itself. The minimum viable business consists of just three core elements. Basic automation skills, a specific service offering simple one or two client acquisition methods. You need to choose one to two client acquisition methods rather than trying multiple approaches because you will burn out. You also get saturated. Upwork is the most direct path generally speaking for people to, to, to find people seeking automation. But it is very heavily saturated as well. So you want to mix it up. Cold email outreach is, is a big one. There are costs involved. You can send a certain amount of emails, but you're going to want to use something like instantly and then you're going to want. Need inboxes. You know, you'll have to pay for the inboxes. Marginal, very limited. Like I think it's like $8 a month or something per inbox or whatever. So it's very marginal. And you could send out, warm them up, send out a certain amount of emails. This is not a cold email or upwork or whatever or you know, PPC video. But what I'm saying to you is, is that pick two approaches, right? Start in Facebook groups if you have to. If Facebook groups and cold email were the two that you picked, that would be not. That wouldn't be an issue. You will find your clients there. Trust me, I've done it. I literally have done it. You will find them there. Upwork is a massive opportunity for you to be able to generate business. But you have to have the skill set and the confidence behind it. When you get on sales calls, you need to know how to, how to sell the tool. You do that by repetition. But choose two methods. You don't need me to tell you what they are. Choose two methods. There are plenty of Facebook groups out there where people are stuck and asking for help posting them. Explain that you are new. Explain that you're willing to work for free to go back up the funnel to get that. You, you would be. You're going to be blown away by what you actually see when you do. When you actually do. You will be blown away by what you, what you find. So successful beginners focus on completing tasks rather than trying to perfect them. Done is better than perfect. As I Previously said. Week one, learn basic automation skills. Week two, create specific service offering and start lead gen process. Simple as that. That will give you the, the path to success. If you need to extend a week to two weeks, that's okay. Depends on how financially stretched you are and how much you need the money. The more you need the money, arguably the more likely you be are to be successful and stick at this because that's what I was saying earlier about the sink or swimming. But you know, one week it'll take you to learn the basics and I mean shoot yourself away. Get in a room like this one, I'm on my own in this attic. Like I do, this is what I do. Like I sit down, I build flows. I do this, this is what I do. And, and you have, you have to do that for one week. And when you, when you've done it for one week, you will have enough to go out there with your service offer. Like this one, I'm on my own in this attic. Like I do. This is what I do. Like I sit down, I build flows, I do this, this is what I do. And, and you have, you have to do that for one week. And when you, when you've done it for one week, you will have enough to go out there with your service offering and start the lead gen process. And this is where statistically 80 of the people watching this video are going to fail. And it's so easy to cut to combat. Some people struggle with motivation. You wake up, some days it's hard. Trust me, things have, things have happened in my life. You wake up, it's hard. The importance of staying consistent is of absolute paramount. Right. Wake up in the morning and make sure that you are fully motivated for that day. And when you first wake up, some days you aren't going to be. Some days you don't want to do this, some days you've got this big task overhanging. Hit that task straight on the nose. Do not wait, dive into it. Being consistent like that is the separator between success and being unsuccessful. Honestly, that's exactly what it is. Six days a week you need to be working on refining your skills and building your portfolio. Repetition is key. Do you know, on that last day, don't think about work once. Spend time with your loved ones. Don't do whatever you want to do. I mean, I don't do that. I'm guilty. But give yourself also that day to, to be able to decompress and enjoy the luxuries of, of what this eventually will give you. And. And more. Forget the luxuries. That was the complete wrong phrase. Just your loved ones and people around you. Spend time with your mum, spend time with your dad, your grandparents. I haven't got any grandparents anymore. You know, not a day goes by that I wish I didn't see them. So you do spend, do those things while you can. But for the majority of your life, which is what is. Is core and critical, you need to be, you need to be doing this. Just find the balance, is what I'm saying with that. That was a bit personal, but find the balance. So working on this one to two days a week for a few hours simply isn't enough, right? If it's your passion, you dive in. If it isn't, don't bother starting this. This, this is the route you should go. But. But don't. Consistency will eventually show in your results and help you develop on income. So income will come from the consistency. It can feel like a slog, but it'll get there. Inconsistency leads to lackluster performance and outcomes and takes longer than if you put in effort initially and will never work. You put the effort in now and it gets easier later because you. One, because you know it and two, because you have all the templates and you look, if you, if you go with the agency route, for example, you will have grown into this, this monster that has developers that work for you and you handle sales or whatever, whatever it is, however you end up, where, however far you want to push it. Now those of you with a keen eye are going to notice that there is no Saturday on here. I created these quickly in an AI generator. It miss set me off, but I'm not bothered because the point at the deeper line point, it doesn't make a difference on this graph. So hit me up in the comments and say that graph was wrong. Yeah, I'm aware, but I just didn't want to mess around with system prompting. I wanted to get this video out there because it was an idea that I've had. Now this on the left is what consistency looks like. But this isn't what consistency looks like. This is what success looks like, right? This is what it does. You have to show up every single day for yourself because no one else is going to do that. So by making sure that you're just as active on a Monday as you are on a Tuesday as you are on a Wednesday as you are on a Thursday as you are on a Friday, as you, as you are, whatever, you know, you get the drill. You know you get you. You go through those individual days with the same level of enthusiasm and the same output every single day. It never waivers with exceptions to major events. On the right, you're going to see an empty graph. And this is what most people's consistency looks like. Let me see. Purple might be better just for this example. Extremely consistent. So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I'm not going to say it, but it's Friday, right? Okay. So we do nothing. We decide to take Friday off. We do nothing on Saturday, we do nothing on Sunday. We wake up on Monday morning. And the four days of effort that we put in hasn't generated anything. No one's responded to me. There's a couple of comments on some of my Facebook posts. Nothing's materialized. Okay. Michael said to stick with it, so we're gonna stick with it. We do a day. I can take the day off because I'm gonna make sure that I work Friday this week, work Wednesday, Thursday. One of your mates rings you, says that they're having a barbecue. You know, sun's out, you want to go, do you know what? Yeah, I can leave it that day. Slowly, these days become more lines than they become crosses. And you don't even really. From people who I've met and people who I try and support in my life, they don't even realize that they've got to that point. They just lost the vision and lost the motivation. And that is something which happens if you aren't consistent. Show up every day for yourself. No one else will. This isn't going to land in your lap. This video is not going to be the source of it. I'm giving you the information. You have to do it yourself. Like, I can't do it for you because I'm doing it for myself. I'm climbing my own ladder. I can't climb it. I can help you watch my content and when I'm giving you the information. But what I'm trying to say to you is just show up every day. Change yourself in. In six months. You know, just like literally do this if it won't take you six months. But if you did, if you just said, I'm going to do this for six months and if it don't work, then I'm not gonna. But by when you get to about time, you get a third of the way through that, your life will have changed. So here's a few. There's one up here as well. Shameless plugs of my, of my, my videos. But you've got like, mastermake.com which is which is like a begin literally what the interface is and then go through pull a few nodes together to show you a flow and then build a basic flow. I've got one about the 10 year old that I referenced from an AI agent perspective and I've got how I'd build an AI agent swarm which is multiple AI agents. Not trying to confuse you at this stage, just putting a few videos in here of mine that you might want to check out in order for you to do it. The too long didn't read as of this video which has probably gone on longer than what it should have but I'm trying to give you as much gold as I can. The too long didn't read is that you Start with no experience. Got a thing about yellow. Start with no experience. Learn the basics of n8n.com build two to five simple automations, post them into groups if you want have people look at them get let them know what you think like ask for ask people anybody in the know put you in the comments. I will look for you. Watch this video. Do this literally reach out to me on LinkedIn. Drop it, drop it in the comments. Take say you want to connect, whatever. I will look at your example flows for you every all of you. If anybody is this far into the video and is serious about making the first fifteen hundred dollars, I don't mind giving a little bit of my time to help you out. Just comment below and I will choose one specific service. So pick a service that you that you're going to run with and start lead generation. Create a new upwork profile. Set up your cold email systems. Create Start posting consistently in community groups on Facebook. Start posting in groups on Reddit. Start posting in these individual things. It's endless. Clients are everywhere. Especially when you're in your position and you're starting out and with with potentially nothing. Apply to five jobs daily with a loom video attached. It's always a good unique effort. You will put the reps in and you will become more and more consistent based off of that. So if you want to see a loom of me applying for an upwork project, let me know in the comments and I'll do that as well. Send 100 targeted emails daily. So like in terms of like using another video I can show you how to sell the the full instantly process and go out of that book discovery call and start a new project. This is where you'll get to deliver your first client. Get your first case study. Make money. That is literally all you need to do and if you do that under the pretense of these, this graph on the left, not on the right, trust me, you will earn more than what you will learn being employed by doing that. So there you have it. Key insights and crucial points to keep in mind. Daily lead generation routine Set a specific time block for lead gen Reserve the first two hours of your day. Doesn't have to be but I find that I'm fresher in the morning. Everybody's generally fresher in the morning. I mean some people are not owls, I get it but like think about when the market is active, think about time zones. So I have to, I'm based in the UK, 95% of my clients are in the US so I, my work schedule is a lot different to what you know, my, my time zone is. So just think about that, think about when the groups will be most active. Have you got it in you to stay up later to do that if necessary? Do you, do you need to do it first thing in the morning? Do you get up earlier at 4am like do you to monitor whatever it is that works for you. Figure it out. But just set out a block really important keeps you that consistency graph. It keeps you in check. Make sure that you, you, you know you're in line and in tow with what's going on. Track every single thing that you do because when times are hard and things aren't working which will happen no matter, no matter whether you're really successful or not will when that happens you will have something you can look at from an accountability perspective to be able to say what did I miss? And if there's nothing that you missed, you know that you're on the right track and you carry on and success is just something that is over there waiting, not something that is not going to happen. You just not it hasn't happened yet. So track everything. The 30 day rule so the first most beginners fail you, you know, they give up, they give up before day 36 months, commit to six months. But success comes between one and two months and you'll be surprised if you do all the things I've told you about. So follow up frameworks. 80% of deals come from follow ups. Most people stop after one message. But success, success typically requires like three to five touch points. Seven touch points as well is a big one which I've noticed in my own individual flows. So you know, let's say between three and seven depends on how hot and how targeted you are and what, what you're offering is and how you approach them and the platform you choose to go after them. But you know, make sure that you stay, stay, stay on them. You know, create your first automation of email, automation of staying on them. Value in every message, every single thing that you put out should provide value, right? Every follow up should have new information and insight. You don't send an email saying, hey, recently reached out, just following up to see what your thoughts were. That might possibly be the worst email that you could ever send. Provide more value. Look at their business, look at their blog posts. Have they done anything? You can automate all of this. Like, but the point I'm making is that every, you know, every message follow up, like for example, if it's a Facebook group, the comment that you make next could provide some additional value. The DM that you're sending them could provide additional value to them where they think, you know what this guy, like, he's relentless or this girl is relentless like, but in a good way consistent for her. Like, you know, that's the way that you should, you should look at it. Multi channel approach email, LinkedIn phone creates higher response rates than single channel persistence. You can make it work literally just via text. Trust me, I've done it. But synchronizing them together gives you the best course, best course of success. You know, you can, you can do that like quite, quite easily and you can make, ensure that you're reaching out to the right people at the right time. Hit them, hit them with the, with the numbers. Now when this mindset matters section comes up. Okay, like, sorry, let me just. Sorry. When this mindset matters section happens, you're not the bottleneck. In the beginning, your ability to find clients is more important than your technical skills. That is true. I made a statement earlier saying that I don't think you should lie to anybody. What I mean by that is that I wouldn't advise you to go out there now with no experience at all, just explaining how automation is so cool and can save the business time. That's not what you should be doing. Okay? You should be do the first week or two and after that when you have the understanding you're already ahead of 95 of other people because they have no idea. So that was what I was saying. This, I'm, this is not contradicting that. First clients opening of doors, smashing walls down is by far and away the most important thing than your technical skills. You, you learn why you earn right. As long as you commit to delivering that for that client, you, you'll have no issue Trading time for money is necessary. I do not trade time for money anymore. Okay, I don't because I'm in a different position. But when I first started. You have to trade time for money because that's how you will build apologies. That's how you build case studies. Acquire clients at a lower rate. Focus on custom projects initially and build out from there. And embrace rejection. Right? Every no gets you closer to a yes and offers valuable feedback for improvement. What did I miss? I explained that. I keep saying it. I hope I've drilled it home. What did I miss? What did I say in that sales call that wasn't right? What did I miss about their. Their function? I. Why did someone else win the job and not me? It's not. It's never anybody else's fault. It's your fault. So. And I, I just take that mindset. Please understand. I'm trying to get the mindset into you. Not. Not the. Not the. Not. Not the. You know, not. Not that your. It's your fault you're in this situation. But the result is. Is. Is a. Is a fact. And the reason that happened is because of something that you did or didn't do. Find out what it is. Improve for next time. Watch your conversion rate skyrocket. That's the end of this video. Take away from this everything box it all. Think about if you're ready to set out on this, on this, on this journey. There has never been a better way for you to make money than right now. This opportunity that presents itself with AI is absolutely humongous. This is going to be around forever. You're going to be in a position where you're a front runner if you begin today. Okay, so start by getting yourself in a mindset that you are going to be able to deliver. Knock on those doors. Manifest it. I'm a big believer in manifestation, but manifest the success that you are about to have. Send all those emails. Send all those dms, send all those applications. The worst thing that you. That can happen is that you're in this position that you're in right now. As I covered earlier in the video, you have absolutely nothing to lose. And earning fifteen hundred dollars. Fifteen hundred dollars with a method like this is so much easier than what you think it is. It is actually frightening. And what I would love for someone to do and people to do, all of you to do is after you've watched this video, if you do go and take this and you do close your first fifteen hundred dollar client, please leave it in the comments, come back and give me that value back to me. Nothing in regards to a comment on a YouTube video. Trust me, I don't. I don't care what I. What is key is that if I help you and motivated you to do it, I want to know. Because if I touch one soul with this video, that's enough for me. Good luck.
