The Only AI Business Model That Isn't Utter Nonsense

Michael Elliott breaks down how to build a profitable AI automation business for other companies. Find inefficiencies in their processes, scope the work, charge retainers based on time saved, then replicate the solution across similar businesses.
It's probably a good idea to take advice from a businessman that makes millions every single year using AI and you end up diversifications in order to be able to generate revenue. I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of watching videos of people talk about AI and talk about the solutions and how you should do this and niche down into that and explain this. It's all. Frankly, what we are looking to do is we are looking to find a process which allows us to be able to scale and provide value to businesses. And then when you do that, you are in a position where you are saving them money. Therefore the money that they pay you as an individual is free. What your, your retainer, look me in the eye. Your retainer is free to them. They don't pay. So what we're going to go through in terms of this step and stay with me because going to show you here the exact method and the real focus areas of where you should be focusing. Not the wishy washy, do this and send this cold email and do that. It's, it's absolute bollocks, frankly. This is the way that you make money using AI and I needed to share this with you because everybody else out there is basically lying now. I understand that. Look, you're looking at the screen now thinking, well what the hell? Mike just told me that he's going to tie teach me how to make millions using AI, but actually he's got a blank canvas on X scaly draw. Well yeah, that is true, but it's not going to be like that for long. And unless you're Warren Buffett, you should continue to watch this video while I showcase to you how you can literally get under the skin of AI and be able to deliver, deliver value. Okay, so when it comes down to the individual processes of what you've got, let's just say we've got you. You know, we've got, we've got Chat GPT. Okay, great, fantastic tool. We can leverage it. Don't really rate chat GPT5, but we look at chat GPT. What else have we got? Well, we've got nan. So we have, we have nan. Okay, great. So inside of nan, we can connect these little nodes here. Okay, right, well that we can have a WhatsApp chat then and we can have an AI agent maybe and we can connect it to 11 labs and we can use that to be able to, to, to, to make money and somehow we can spit out this output which, okay, answers a question or an email from, from somebody. Fantastic. You're not Going to make millions doing that. Right? Just a fact. You are not going to make millions by simply playing around with nodes and understanding that. Okay, well now I have a functional flow. It's probably a good place to start for, for people initially when you're first getting into the coding platform. But, but personally, if I was you, if I couldn't code, I would stick at what I was good at. And if I had a client base or I was strong enough to be able to do that, I would partner up with a programmer, I would get support and leverage, leverage groups, leverage people that know what they're doing in programming that can deliver the best possible output. Now when we talk about what we're actually trying to do here is selling to businesses. Selling two businesses. Selling to businesses involves dollar amounts. Okay. It involves generating revenue. Well, how do you make them pay you for your AI automation services? The way that you and I, I hear you cry, you know. Yeah, there's, there's automation services out there. You can use tools you can use close bot that can use, use closed bar. Businesses don't have a fucking idea about how to glue all of this together. They don't. They do not understand how to be able to put all of this glue and all of this play DOH together into one individual box that provides them the solution. So what you do is this is a business. No, Michael, it's a rectangle. Yeah, I know, but it is a business. This is a business. Right? When we look at this from a business perspective, we now have the ability to be able to see with our eyes. These are eyes. Not what you thought they were. These are eyes. And this is us looking directly into this business. We're looking from the outside now. We're looking from the inside now. When you are discussing and having a conversation with a business, with an individual, with a partner, or whether it's a marketing cmo, whatever it is, you're talking about their business processes. They have issues with breakages. Right? That's what they are, they are breakages. They are things that are broken from a business perspective. And that can be anything at this point. You have no idea what they can automate. They might have come to you saying, hey, we want to automate our inbound email system to add something to airtable. Well, you know, it's a load of shit because if that's broken, their whole business from top to bottom is broken. You already know it because the most simple individual automations are broken. So it's your job with these eyes. They are eyes. With these Eyes to look inside of the business and understand exactly where the breakages are for said company. And this comes down to a rule that is around time. Let's draw, let's see how good I can draw an hourglass. Time, right? Literally coming through here. Time versus money. And a business doesn't even understand. You should see the businesses that I've worked with, I've worked with businesses that are doing literally 100 million, 200 million, 500 million a year, right, that still manually update data, manually update like whenever, when a new inquiry comes in, someone has to pick it up. The sales rep waits three days from calling, pipeline fills up, becomes top heavy. It's an absolute joke how far behind 95% of businesses are when it comes to automation. And that's where we step in right here. Okay? So when it comes down to this, it's time versus money. Your job is to eyes, is to look into this business, right, and find the breakages that they don't even know exist. And when you find the breakages that you don't, that you know exists, you have a formula, I have a video on this already of how to scope an AI automation project. You have a formula of scoping that out, okay? And you can see from top to bottom what their problems are. But a company doesn't want to hear about the problems that you're selling them, right? They know they exist. What they want to see is they want to see this, they want to see the solution. And then what they want to see outside of the solution is they want to see the amount of money or time that said solution will save them. That is exactly what you're looking to do when you scope in a business, when you're speaking to them. If you get paid, if you seriously, if you get paid by the hour, you're never going to have any money. You're never going to have any money. You're, you're always going to be broke. What you need to work by is, well, what percentage of time am I saving for said company? Let's say I am saving a thousand hours a week. Relatively large company to work with to do that. But a thousand hours a week, you're saving them. If you save a business a thousand hours a week and you charge 15% of that in your retainer, your retainer is going to be a joke, right? It's going to be stupidly high. Okay, you're talking five figures for large companies that, where you save in a thousand hours a week, you're talking five figures or, or very close this does not incorporate the setup fee that you've just been paid for all of your laborious work. This is a guy here with a hammer, smashing a hammer down, working hard. Right? Okay. He's hammering away. This is you initially or your developer or your team or whatever. Inside of AI Train, which is my automation agency, we bang the hammer hard and we bang it well because that gives us the opportunity to be able to consistently deliver for clients. And it's why you won't hear a bad word spoken about AI Train when it comes down to our AI production. But this is you banging the hammer, right, to generate this money. Now, once the hard work and setup is done and you have to charge properly for this, this is where the scoping comes comes from. You have to explain that time is the reason why they are taking your services. They are not taking your services because of the fact that you are in a position where you know that there's this type form that you need to connect to a Google sheet. No, you go deeper and you sell them the fact that 85% of their business should be automated. And right now, like you've got a terrible business, like your business is, your competitors are running away with it. Right? That's exactly what you should be, you should be selling them on. So when it comes down to, to, to the next phase, we've done the, we've done the work, we've based our retainer off of time and we've built out the automation process that business simply cannot refuse. No is not an option. No can't be an option. How can. Think about it. If you can save a business a thousand hours worth of work, they can probably lay off staff members. They, it will increase their conversion rate. From a sales perspective, if you work on their sales funnel, the amount of companies that I have seen that have no sales automation, when something's inbound, it's frightening. Sometimes it's like 48 hours later they've already signed the deal with somebody else. By the time it gets to the point of actually taking part, like it's unbelievable. So that is how you scope and you sell and you find the breakages in a company. How do you scale and develop and get in touch with these businesses and actually have them trust you? Right. Well, I mentioned at the start of this the niching down the, the understanding of this. Well, if you, what you will find is inside of this business and I'm not going to draw the, the eyes again because you know, I don't want to drive you guys wild with your with your imagination. But this is a business, okay? And I ain't going to write this in every single one because I don't want to. But this is a business too, right now. This is a business and this is a business, okay? Now number five either is number four, but who cares? We know, we get the picture. We have four different businesses here. I put my personal advice to you in terms of when you're going after and trying to sell AI automation. My personal advice to you when you're trying to sell AI, AI automation is that you go after high ticket businesses. Businesses that have high margins, high profit margins, high average order values that actually have the ability to not only pay the upfront, the upfront setup fee but also to pay the ongoing retainer. But also that your, your automations make a significant impact to their bottom line. Those are the best businesses and that's who you should target them. Think SaaS, you know, think any sort of industry where there is a lot of things going on that need automating and go from there. I'll give you a common one at the end of this so you can go through it. But the point here is that all of these individual businesses, right, they all are all standalone, they are all in a position where this is a SaaS, okay? And this is a huge corporate, let's say, I don't know, TV streaming company that have, you know, they advertise using tv, TV advertiser, okay? And let's say that this business here is a large digital marketing agency. Let's just put agency, this is a large agency. Well guess what? They all have in cop in common. They're all fucked, right? Because they, they don't have automations in their, in the, in their, in their systems. If they do, you won't be talking to them in the first place, would you? So they all have major, major, major problems when it comes down to actually being in, in this position. And I have been here myself starting growing a seven figure agency from the ground up. Everything was manual. It was a nightmare. If somebody would have come to me at that point and offered to take 15% of the 150 grand that they saved me, right, I would have snatched their snatch their hand off. And that is a significant volume of money and I'll get to that at the end about this. But what I'm getting at with this is that you don't necessarily have to niche down. What you have to do is you have to green light this project, successfully deliver. You have to greenlight this project. Guess what? You have to successfully deliver. If you don't know what you're talking about then you may as well stop the video now because this is not a position for you to be in. I'm trying to teach you how to make millions using AI. I'm not trying to teach you how you would implement those in this particular video. This is about how you make, how you scale and how you make money. Well you do the same for this company and you do the same for this one. Well guess what you're left with, you're left with four individual packages for businesses in different industries where you have built exactly the same thing for them. So think of it like this. Let's say we look at and on the screen now there's going to be these logos pop up but fresh desk, HubSpot, Zoho go high level and I don't know, Google Ads, let's say Google Ads because I mentioned agency you have these five, you have these five businesses that these five tech stacks that businesses use. Well you'll find that three out of the five businesses that you used use these and your all of your automations that now from there are in a position where okay I have something here that's replicable and I know that it saves businesses time. So you have two options. You can go out there, you can start your own agency, you can go out there using freelance platforms like Upwork. You can go out there and start cold emailing, you can do whatever you do. I am not gonna on any type of individual marketing strategy because everyone's hustling and as long as you're hustling I don't care if you don't have any money or if you're a multi millionaire, right? There's people a lot wealthier than me out there. But I bet, I'll tell you something, I bet they would agree with what I'm saying to you in this video. What you take from these three out the five that you've got, well you take it from the five but three of them will match, will match closely. And that's the point. What you take from those five businesses, let's say you've got HubSpot, right and you have Fresh Desk and you have Zoho and you have go high level. Well what you do is you're now an expert at building all of those flows. They are within reason 75% replicable for every business. So guess what? Every single business in that individual industry becomes a potential client of yours and you should be going after them because you've built the framework already and all you have to do now is replicate those large flows that you've got. And you can charge the same retainers to the companies, you can charge the same setup fees to the companies, but your workload is shrunk by 75%. The 25% is the onboarding, the communication and the gluing together. And it all comes back to the original point around how you do not need to worry about, about what you're charging a company. Forget that it's what you are saving them in terms of their time and in terms of their investment and money. For example, if you increased a business's conversion rate by 20% by implementing an automated go high level System or an AI agent, two way AI agent via SMS, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, whatever that automatically close deals for them. You had an automatic proposal document generated as part of the system. All of that is replicable. But not only is it replicable, it is actually leaves you in a position where you are making the company money. You are making money. You're not an overhead, you're an investment. You are actually now in a position where you can take over that, that industry and go through it from there. If you are stuck, if you literally. Seriously, if you are stuck on the hamster wheel of what to do next from a, from a perspective of business and from a perspective of AI, what you need to do is you need to onboard clients, you need to use what you build for those clients to go out there and use with other individual businesses and roll them out. I have so many examples of businesses that when I speak to an inquiry, I, I can tell you already, I literally can tell you already exactly what their problems are when they start because they're very similar. Not exactly, that's a bit of a lie, but 99% of what they've got, I already know where they're facing issues and how to best optimize it. Not only does that increase my conversion rate when I'm working with them, not only does that happen, but it also allows me to be able to use work I've previously done to incorporate to them simply using the API keys, etc. Piecing and gluing all of that together and then I have the workload that's 20% less and I'm making the same amount of money, if not more depending on the size of the, of the, of the project that's there. And I do it because I've already pre built it. AI is not a silver bullet where you are going to make money just from looking AI and writing into chat GPT. That's bollocks. Where you're going to make money is by building AI systems. And once you have accomplished that, using those molds that you have put together to go out there and use other businesses, that is exactly how you're going to make millions. I have done it. You can do it. Do this immediately. Follow this blueprint. Get your first clients on the door. It's a hustle, it's a grind, it's a struggle. Don't underquote yourself. Go upsell them from what they originally come to you for. Build up a base over the course of three to six months, quick, as fast as you can. But three to six months is to give you some leeway. If I was you, I'd be looking at doing it within four weeks, six weeks. Get into that position where you're, you know, you now have a catalog of individual solutions available to you and go and sell them to every single person that wants them. Because I'm telling you, 95% of businesses, 98% of businesses, they don't have a clue about automation. They don't understand the power of it. They don't understand what benefits it can bring to the business. And that's why when you are selling, you focus on the time saving, the money saving and the money making. When it, if it comes to the sales arm of the business not focused on your, you know, 32 hours it's going to take you to deploy it because you won't get paid by doing that. If your business needs support with AI, hit me up in the calendar in the CAL link below. Reach out to AI train. I'll set you on the right path. I can deploy these for you. Your investment into me will would be, would be 1050, 100x and yeah, like guys take this as inspiration because, you know, millions around the corner during this, there's never been a bigger wave. You know, when it started out and PPC agencies were there, then it was SEO agencies, then it was, then it was, you know, I don't know, whatever the, the even going back to like the Internet boom, like when Internet came around, then you had the, the AI wave. Well, this is the AI wave. And guess what? You don't need to be able to be a pro. You don't have to be a programmer, you don't have to be a successful businessman already to make millions in this field. You just have to understand how to sell the product and how to build a catalog of products that are going to be able to be able. Going to be able to enable you to sell to businesses consistently with less and less and less input over time. My name is Michael Elliott. Thanks for hearing me out. Take this advice because it's going to make you some serious dive.
