How do you find like a good side hustle? I was talking with a friend the other day and he really knows a lot about real estate and he came to me and said, hey, I would like to get into a side hustle and I've got an idea about buying a laundromat and I've got this other idea about doing an app, like I'm going to get an app program and I'm going to sell it. And I've got this other idea about, you know, how I'm going to go buy a business in the home services area. And to me, I looked at that and I'm like, wait a second, you have like such a huge opportunity. Because of what you're coming in with, which is all of this knowledge of residential real estate. And so if you want to avoid this mistake, what you should do when you start to look at a side hustle is don't look at some dream that you may have of other stuff. Look at what's right in front of you and start with, well, the advantages that you have.
