Start with your unfair advantages instead of chasing generic side hustle ideas. Identify what you're naturally good at, then build a business around it. Most people skip this step and wonder why their ideas fail.
And so what I tell people when they're looking for a side hustle is instead of thinking about ideas around you, think about what you have in terms of these strengths that are unfair advantages for you that will make it easier for you to win when you go start that side hustle. What you should be doing is starting to brainstorm ideas that play to those strengths that you particularly have. And as you brainstorm those ideas, you start with the strengths that you can offer, and then ideas can come around that. These are all the unfair advantages that a lot of times they're so easy for us that we just ignore them and we don't even really think about how unfair they are.
