I want to welcome you to a very important conversation and it's a delicious, provocative, sensation filled one as well. I call it Sex Love Power because we're talking about all those things in a way I just haven't heard in other places. Women really need conversations that help us explore intimate relationship issues from the tender to the red hot, including gender, communication, desire and justice so we can find meaning, satisfaction and transformation in all our relationships and in our culture. So that's why I created this podcast. I'm Michelle Lizemberi Christensen. I'm a master relationship coach with a master's degree in psychology and an insatiable thirst for knowledge about the human heart, mind and erotic dimensions. I'm a mother of two and a wife of 20 years and I talk to dozens of people each week about their relationships, both professionally and personally. I'll share conversations with people in my life and with experts I want you to hear from, and I'll share experiences from my 23 years coaching leaders and their partners. I'll also share candid stories from my own checkered past as someone who very much wants deep connection, honesty, passion and ease in my love relationship and with my family and friends. But I screw it up all the time. My desire with all of this is that you leave each episode having felt something, having seeded a new thought that might help you in love, and having touched something human and awe inspiring in someone's story and in yourself. We need to reimagine relationships in these confusing times, and I've created Sex Love Power to give passionate, thoughtful people a place to do just that together.
