Made by good people and worn by good people.

All of us, right? Your work is stress. Some stress is good, some stress is bad. But we have those moments through the day.

I have a frequency. People now know that. For example, cell phones give a certain frequency. People get headaches for using too much. But overall, how we live right now, we are very disconnected from positive frequencies.

Why did you decide to say sound healing is the breakthrough that you purchased wanted to bring to this modern world?

When we look outside and we understand nature, everything is sound, energy and vibration.

There's challenges or obstacles that you had to overcome. Were there any challenges or opportunities that you had to overcome? If so, how did you do that?

The biggest opportunity, what I saw is like the healing aspect. I wanted to really understand how can I promote a product that it doesn't look like, hey, the guy just wants to sell us the next esoteric gimmick. So for us.

Welcome to Mick Unplugged where we ignite potential and fuel purpose. Get ready for raw insights, bold moves and game changing conversations. Buckle up. Here's Mick.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another exciting episode of Mick Unplugged. And today we have a very inspiring guest who's an entrepreneur, artist, photographer and fashion designer. But his big thing is he's dedicated to bringing wellness and balance to the world. His latest venture, the Love Tuner, aims to heal and unite people through a frequency known as the love vibration. And I'm a personal user of this and can tell you how it has changed my household. Ladies and gentlemen, please help me in welcoming the visionary, the compassionate, the Mr. Sigmar. Berg Sigmar. How are you doing today, buddy?

I'm great. I'm great. And I really appreciate being on your show and I appreciate what you're doing.

I appreciate you more and you know, the passion that you have for just bringing. I don't even want to say love to the world because that sounds kind of cliche. But just bringing wellness and balance to the world is incomparable. So I'd love to know a little bit about your journey and how you got to the point to where helping the world really became your mission.

Yeah. So like I started Lovetuner nearly 10 years ago and it was not about creating the next company. So back then I was in my old profession, as you said, you know, I was running a fashion company. But what I did already, since many.

Years before I started lovetuner, I started meditating.

And I think at one point it.

Became a very important part in my life, you know, and it also transpired into my work what I did before, like the way you lead a company. We have been years before people even.

Talked about organic closing or frequency. And close. We did all this. It was already a sustainable company. We even had a bottom slogan called.

Made by good people and worn by good people.

So it was like this handcrafted attitude.

So it was like always something building.

Communities and going a little bit beyond, like just selling stuff. But lovetune obviously came as this love and peace mission. And I had a meditation, a guided meditation with the sound of 528 hertz. And this was actually when I start working with this frequency, understanding this frequency. And this was actually how Love Tuna came all together. Yeah. And since this time it's became more than a love and peace mission, what is still our priority. So we gained some following in the well being and in the wellness world. We have many, many spiritual leaders that use the love tuner on top of whatever they are teaching. And so yeah, like this frequency literally brought me on a journey that I was not even expecting because it goes in so many different layers. You know, like we started working with children because this was the first thing where I thought like, this is where we can make a difference. And as Dalai Lama said, you know.

If every eight year old one would.

Meditate, the next generation would have no war. And I really believe in this. And on the other hand, it was also going to schools with a tool like this, with the lovetuner kids have no filters. So they either like you or they either like this product or they don't. And in our case, it was the best feedback we could get. It's like we went into the first elementary schools nearly 10 years ago and we changed within one semester the entire behavior of the kids in a positive way. So we eliminated bullying completely. The grades went up and teacher reported to us that a better understanding overall from kids that have not been friends, they just started accepting each other and understanding, hey, we're in this class together. You know, we talk about mindfulness. So we incorporated this in the so called mindful moment before the school actually started. So this was something where I went like, okay, that's a great thing. This is working. And then we continued our journey. And so now it's like a company where we are selling the love tuna worldwide. And it's a really quick fix. So I. I never say to people, shortcut your. Let's call it spiritual hygiene.

I always tell people, do whatever it.

Takes to make you feel better. Because in our world, we are really bombarded. We want to be as successful as we can be in our professional life, in our family life, with our friends. So we want to be at a high performance level. But given today's society, we are so overloaded. And this thing is just really a quick fix. It's not like shortcutting your meditation. It's something that works instantly because this combination of breath work and sound healing, and this is like.

It's.

It's this little helper. And I have seen it with a lot of people that are very successful in their professional lives that often they kind of feel ashamed of talking about spirituality, you know, like, and, you know, when you talk about love, because love is this the thing. Everybody thinks, oh, that's a hippie. That's something very abstract. But it's not the longing for love and getting out of our head into our hearts. I think that's the key of success, not only on a personal level, but also on a professional level.

That's amazing. And I know everyone's listening, and they're like, okay, Mick, I've heard you and Sigmar talking about this love tuner. I'd love to explain to people what it is, how it works, just because, like I told you, your team sent me one. I let my wife use it. She was blown away by it. So then I went and purchased a couple, right, because you got the necklace, the bracelet, and a few other items, right? And, you know, for people that don't do meditation or that don't take time for themselves, the love tuner makes that happen, right? So it's a device, right? And Sigma, I'm gonna let you get very technical with it. So I'm gonna just. I'm gonna say how we use it, right? So it's a device, and you take a deep breath, and you exhale into this love tuner. And immediately you get sounds and vibrations. And those sounds and vibrations start impacting your soul. That's the only way I can describe it. Like, your soul feels it, and you immediately feel different, right? Like, I can tell you, Sigmar, I'm telling you this to your face. And I mean this from my soul. I got chills. The first time that I used it, like I had an experience and I was just like, wow, this is amazing. So I'd love for you to talk more technical than I just did about what the device is and how it actually helps people.

Yeah, I think your testimony right now, I think that's exactly what it is. And it's beautiful what you said, because you brought it to the point of not describing it in a technical way, but really what it does on a heartfelt level. But for the listeners that never saw it, I explained it real quick. So it's this little device, what I have here, it's a single tone flute. You wear it around your neck and. And you pull this tone out here. And this is where you do a conscious breathing break. I will do it in a minute. I don't know how the microphone gonna pick it up. But what you basically do on the technical side is you do a conscious breathing break. You arrive in the here and now, and that's the most important thing for us. And you invite love in your life on a spiritual level. And by doing this, you do also physical exercise. Not only the breath work, but the vibration goes into your body, aligns the water molecules because this is what the.

520 Hz node is known for.

It restructures water. We are like 75% water. Our blood is 91% water. So we react to frequency very fast. And this is why when you tried it, it immediately does something to you. And the more you in tune with yourself, the more you have a connection to your own heart, the more you live in heart coherence.

Obviously you do this. This is why you had right away this amazing experience.

For some people, it takes a little bit longer because their system needs to be calibrated to be tuned in like, you know, like a piano. What is out of tune, you retune it. And this is a retuner for our system. So I gonna do it real quick.

You know, every morning before I walk into a meeting, before I hit record on the podcast, before I lead a team, I. I start with one scoop AG1. Because leadership starts with energy, clarity, and consistency. And that's exactly what AG1 gives me. A simple foundational habit that keeps me one scoop ahead of the chaos. It's not another supplement sitting on the shelf. It's a microhabit that sets the tone for my day. Inside that one scoop, superfoods, B vitamins, antioxidants, probiotics, and functional mushrooms that support your energy, focus and overall wellness, especially in seasons like this. Training, travel, long days and short nights. AG1 keeps me grounded. I don't chase health anymore.

I lead it.

If you've been looking for something to help you stay consistent, stay fueled, and stay ready, AG1 is that move. I use it.

You should too.

Head to drinkag1.com Mick to get a free welcome kit with an AG1 flavor sampler and a bottle of vitamin D3K2 when you first subscribe. That's drinkag1.com Mick because great leaders don't.

Just prepare for the day, they prepare their body for it.

This episode is brought to you by Netflix from the creator of Homeland. Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys star in the new Netflix series the Beast in Me as ruthless rivals whose shared darkness will set them on a collision course with fatal consequences. The Beast in Me is a riveting psychological cat and mouse story about guilt, dramatic justice, and doubt. You will not want to miss this. The Beast in Me is now playing only on Netflix.

So you should do it obviously longer so it's not a competition.

But try to extend your exhale to.

Make a profound breathing break. The tone gives you an audible feedback of your exhale.

So it's like a very strong and powerful breath work because it gives you this feedback and you know exactly what's going on. Then you take the next inhale and exhale and we recommend to do it six times. But you can do it as long as it feels good.

Yeah, and here's what I'm going to tell you is wild and crazy because again, I told you my wife was using it first. And this is why I know that it works. And this is why I am such a believer of this product now. And for those who are listening, Sigmar and I don't have a business relationship, so it's nothing like that. I'm just giving you authentic a review of the product, right? So, you know, my wife would do it first thing in the morning and then she'd go to work and we both work from home. And so, you know, work gets stressful. So we decided, hey, let's take a break and let's do it at lunch break, right? Let's do the Love Tuner at lunch. The stress that she had at lunch, you could hear coming through the tuner and the longer what Sigmar is saying, doing it five or six times, you can see and hear and feel that stress start to leave.

And I was totally blown away.

And it was at that moment, Sigmar, that I said I have to get one of these too, because that's what I believe was your intent. Right? It's like, okay, hey, this is why you need to do it multiple times a day. This is why you need to take those breathing breaks and truly focus on yourself. And. And then my wife would go back to work refreshed, and she would end the day on a good vibe, on a good note, which wasn't happening before, just because all of us, right, your work is stress. Some stress is good, some stress is bad. But we have those moments through the day that Sigmar. I could totally see it and hear it. And so I wanted to tell you that live and to your face, because it was amazing.

I appreciate it. That's beautiful. That's beautiful to hear. And. And, you know, like, the understanding of frequency and vibration is only related when it's negative. So people know, like, I go out on the street, there's the street noise, you know, I have a frequency. People now know that, for example, cell phones give a certain frequency. People get headaches for using too much. But overall, how we live right now, we are very disconnected from positive frequencies. So we recognize the negative frequencies. We talk about, oh, I was in this meeting. What a bad vibe, you know, but we sense only the negativity. So when we know that frequency and vibration impacts us in a negative way, so then it can do it also in a positive way. And this is basically what the love tune is doing. And by using it, you are actually raising your frequency. You come in an altered state of mind and you rebalance. So this is like in. In the 528 Hz frequency, darkness cannot exist. Like, you know, like darkness cannot exist in a room of light. And that's the same thing. This is like, in this frequency, stress cannot exist. It's just relieves stress immediately. And I always tell people it will not do your work, but it gives you a different perspective and it becomes the real, the little helper for people. And. And I have people in positions and friends of mine, they're very successful in what they're doing. They could never tune in a meeting in their positions where they are. But what they do is they wear it under their suit and they go out before a meeting tune, and they come into this meeting with an advantage, you know, and this is like, because they're more powerful, they're less stressed. And this is just what it is. It's an easy tool to recalibrate yourself.

And.

And the more you get in tune, and it seems that you and your wife are very in tune in general, you know, to have this attitude and Being aware of, hey, wow, I was working for four hours. It's time to take a breathing break, you know, it's time to recalibrate and it takes so little and it does so much. So it's a beautiful thing to see that it's working for you and it's working for many. And I think if we consciously all together go more out of our mind, of our head, into our hearts, I think we will also have in the community different experiences. And this can happen on a corporate level if you lead a team and you really have the balls to go like, listen, I don't care if somebody laughs about me, but I give my team love tuners and we all tune together. This tuning together and connecting in this frequency on the sound carpet does more than an entire seminar about how to lead a team. Because it's non verbal, you know, it's beyond the spoken word. It's connecting on a hard level. And on a hard level, we know we all want because our hearts are curious. We always want to connect and the only thing would literally disconnect us is our intellect.

Totally agree. And you know, one of the things that, you know, in researching the product, when I received it, you know, sound healing goes back to old ancient times, right? I mean, we're talking BC times that sound healing was a thing. And so I'd love to ask you and to hear your story on why did you decide to say sound healing is the breakthrough that you personally wanted to bring to this modern world?

When we look outside and we understand nature, everything is sound, energy and vibration. And we all know how happy music can make us and we know how unhappy noise can make us. So I think sound is very, very important to us and to understand this ancient healing methods, everything was sound. You know, they have been healing people from various diseases only with frequencies because the knowledge back then and in like, you know, integrative healing, where you understand the body, where you stand, the chakras, you know that every chakra has a certain frequency and you can heal. And this was something what was so interesting for me and then understanding that, for example, our musical scale got changed on purpose, I went like, oh, that's kind of weird. You know, we had the 528Hz as a seat tone. Now it's gone. So what is the point of making music less harmonic? You know, what is the point of making music less healing? And I think this is something where we all should look into and go like, hey, let's just change the frequencies and the sounds. We constantly exposed to, to produce healing. And as you said, I mean, BC this is what people did back then. They have been healing communities. We know about the church belts, we know about the Gregorian choirs. They have been chanting on 528 hertz. They have been healing entire communities already 600 after Christ. So this quality of frequency healing just got lost. And it's something that was so interesting for me that I said, this is really my journey and this is how I. And on top of it, it's nothing. What I created, you know, I did not come up with 528Hz. It's a divine frequency. It's the frequency of creation. It occurs in every living matter. It's in the humming of the peas when they pollinate. Chlorophyll vibrates on 528 Hz. This is also why leaves are green. Because on the color spectrum, 528Hz is the color of green. So there's a lot of beautiful things to it and the relation from nature. And, and this is also when you start tuning, you will recognize that you also get connected to creation and nature.

That's beautiful. That's simply amazing. Just to hear that and to then learn on the 528Hz, that's something that I didn't know. So I'm glad that you explained that and broke that down to us.

You know, as you were developing the love Tuner, I'm sure just like every entrepreneur, there's challenges or obstacles that you had to overcome. Were there, I'm assuming. So first question is, were there any challenges or opportunities that you had to overcome? And then two. If so, how did you do that?

The biggest opportunity, what I saw is like the healing aspect. I wanted to really understand how can I promote a product that it doesn't look like, hey, the guy just wants to sell us the next esoteric gimmick. So for us, we went into like five years of research. So we mainly worked with our foundation. We gave away thousands of lovetuners. We did a lot of research where we tested meditation results, tuning results. So this was what I wanted to do to really have something out there, but not for the spiritually educated person. And obviously that's a great thing too. But I wanted to have the regular guy that does not know at the end of the day how to get rid of stress. You know, I want to see this person use it and not feel weird because they. This was the biggest obstacle for myself was that a lot of people just don't take you serious, you know, and especially 10 years ago, sound, healing breath work. Yeah, some people did it, but there was not their awareness. And I think it was raising the awareness about that everything is frequency and vibration. This was the biggest hurdle for us to transport it. Now when you talk to people about heart coherence and, you know, I mean, you know, the Haas Mass Institute, they're around since a long time, but it's a very niche, you know, where people ever look into this. This thing is simple and very effective. And this is like, this is what I wanted to transport. And this biggest hurdle was for us to be really serious about frequency and vibration. And meanwhile, I published a book where I talk only about frequency and vibration. And it starts with me hugging a tree. Fifteen years ago, if somebody told me, he's hugging a tree, I had a certain opinion, you know, and now I hug trees and I feel the power of them. And I really encourage people to connect, you know, be barefoot, go out there and hug a tree. And if you don't feel anything, then you need to retune yourself because the tree is there and is vibrating.

Amazing. Amazing. What other success stories have you had from anyone who's purchased the lovetuner?

Yeah, like we have. I mean, we have those. Obviously, celebrities is always something beautiful to see a celebrity. We have some people even on red carpets. That's something what is beautiful to see, you know, like, you see, okay, wow, that's a celebrity is wearing this product. But the stories that always encourage me is like the stories where somebody really changed their life, you know, like we had people getting married, you know, like they met in a tuning class, they did yoga, they had laughters there, they did a tuning session, and they connected. You know, they literally felt on a heart level that they are meant, you know, and then sometimes you get an email and say, hey, we met at this laugh tuning class and now we are married, you know, and also we have like people that overcome grief. We have, for example, a grieving group. They meet once a year, I believe, on Grand Canyon. And unfortunately, the death of their son was on 5 28, so May 28th. And we started working together and it really helps people to overcome, you know, this kind of pain, grief, etc. And these are the beautiful stories. When you hear from people that you it helped in their life, it really changed their life. You know, it opened up their hearts. They got a different perspective. And I think this is what makes me happy. And what you said at the very beginning of the podcast, these real feedbacks of real people that have stress that living an active life and they go like, oh, this is my little helper. And it works. So these kind of stories, they make me happy. And this is actually our biggest success. More than celebrities.

Amazing. So for the listener or viewer right now that's looking to incorporate mindfulness and sound healing into their life, like, what's, what's some advice that you have for the person that wants to try it or start incorporating it for the first time?

What I mean, obviously it's a good thing to buy. There's a lot of stuff out there, what you can do. You can listen to 528 Hz meditation music. So but if you want to experience sound healing and breath work at the same time, I think the first thing is to get a love tuner and then really follow the routine to a certain degree to start in the morning, setting the tone during the day. Whenever stress and anxiety comes up or you feel like overwhelmed, take a tuning break. And then also at night, just ease out of the day and just get ready for your family, get ready to rest and relax. So this is what I recommend people to have this routine and also don't have this crazy expectations. You know, if you had a life for decades with any spiritual, you know, like, outlet or any relaxation or any mindfulness experiences, then you cannot think that this will be gone in a second. You know, this is, this is nothing. It takes your effort and it takes a while to restructure and recalibrate your entire system. So I encourage people to really find whatever works for them, but then stick with it. It's like very similar, you know, when you buy a membership in a yoga studio or in a gym, that feels great. If you don't go there, nothing will change. And it's the same thing with mindfulness and spirituality in general.

Amazing. Amazing. So Sigmar, what new do you have going on? I know you're an entrepreneur at heart and you have so much that you want to give the world. What else is coming up?

I mean, we are still pushing the lovetuner mission as a foundation, obviously. I just launched my book a couple of months ago. It's called One Journey, the Love Tuner Book. And it's available on Amazon. And it's a book about obviously a little bit bio that people understand where I'm coming from, but it's really about a guidance into a different life. You know, like explaining frequency, explaining the spiritual laws and just like also the outlook in the future. Because right now we have the feeling that everything is going to shit, basically. But it's not, you know, the light one and we just need to adjust that. The frequency overall is racing and, and we should do the same thing to follow our planet, raise our own frequency and live more in our heartfelt than in our brain.

Amazing. So I'll make sure in the show notes for everyone, there will be a link to the book that you can purchase directly on Amazon and then also we're going to have a link to get the Love Tuner. I never ask for much from my listeners and viewers. I'm asking that you go get one of these, if not a couple of these because it is life changing. It's not just game changing, it's life changing. And I can tell you from personal firsthand experience that it's one of the best things. And it's inexpensive, it's very inexpensive. But it's one of the things that I incorporate literally every single day, multiple times a day. So Sigmar, thank you so much for that. Where can people follow you and find.

You the most information you find on lovetuner.com so this is where we have everything listed. A lot of science is on there. You can also read up on a blog where we publish like I think once a week and you can follow us on social media. All the links are on lovetuner.com Amazing.

Sigmar, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to educate us, inspire us and motivate us. So thank you long time coming and personally for my household, I thank you as well, sir.

I appreciate so much to be on your show and I really appreciate what you're doing. Thank you.

You got it. And for all the listeners and viewers, remember your because is your superpower. Go unleash it.
