Leaders. Is your bed limiting you from becoming the leader that you were meant to be? And no, I'm not talking about your matches. I'm talking about that other bed, the beliefs, the excuses, and the decisions that are keeping you stuck. Because here's the truth, and I want you to write this down. The bed has got to go. You cannot lead your team into the future while lying in the bed of your past. That bed isn't just where you sleep. It's where you're stuck. It's built on the beliefs that tell you you're not ready. You, the excuses that make you comfortable and the decisions that you avoid because you're scared of failing. Imagine stepping into a new leadership role, ready to inspire, innovate, and drive results. But instead of starting fresh, you bring that old bed with the broken springs, the saggy mattress, and the weight of every doubt, failure, and fear you've ever carried. How can you lead forward when you're still lying in yesterday? I know this bed because I've been in it. I believed I wasn't good enough to lead to the highest level. I made excuses about timing, resources, and readiness. I avoided the tough decisions because I didn't want to face failure. And let me tell you, that bed kept me small. But one day I made a decision and I said to myself, the bed has got to go. I rewrote my beliefs. I stopped making excuses, and I made bold decisions. Everything changed. Not just for me, but for the people that I led. So now I'm asking you, what bed are you lying in right now? Write this down. Rewrite your beliefs, eliminate your excuses, and make bold decisions. Because great leaders don't sleep in yesterday's bed. They wake up and build tomorrow's vision. If this message hits home, share it. Write down your bed. Make a decision today. And if you need help, message bedbed in the comments and I'll send you one of my leadership mindset books that can help you begin to get rid of that old bed. Because the bed has got to go. As always, I'm maycont and dog on it. I approve this message.
