Big Announcements That Will Change Your Business - Ep.75

So if they're spending $1,000 one with you per year, your customers, how do we get that to 2000? One of the best ways to do that is by sending a 12 month newsletter every month. Giving them a newsletter, reminding them that you perform services that they never even knew you did and connecting with them even just on a level outside of sales, like not even just for instance, we just sent one about our employees and about the new employees that we've hired and give a little bio description about them, things they're interested in, funny facts about them making that connection literally. We can fill our schedule up for a couple weeks if we get slow, just by sending out one of these emails. Because as your business grows, you get thousands of these contacts that you can tap into and really book out your schedule when you start getting slower in the winter and things like that, just by sending out these emails on a regular basis, monthly newsletters. We're going to be talking about that in the webinar as a bonus. But we're going to be really focusing on hiring, we're going to be focusing on using a career fair and we're going to be talking about how to interview people within our landscaping industry and make sure you find people that are Great.
