Hey, everyone, it's Mike Andes here with Augusta Lawn Care. And today is a very different video. You can see I'm obviously not in the studio. I'm literally just standing out here at the shop. It's pouring down rain relatively early in the morning. Some of the crew is here already and a bunch of shop maintenance going on. But today is very special because I'm actually wanting to see if you would like to work at Augusta Lawn Care, not as an employee necessarily, but as a general manager, kind of similar to what they do at Chick Fil A. And so this past year, we have experimented with starting a corporately owned store in Mount Vernon, about 45 minutes away from our first location. Went very, very well. With Command Center's help and guidance, they've been very successful. And what I am looking for is two more corporately owned store managers that can move to a specific territory. We have one on the west coast, one the East Coast. And if you are looking to become a general manager, this is your opportunity. So perhaps you wanted to join Augusta Lawn Care as a franchisee, but you don't have the money. You don't have, you don't want to have the risk of having to start up your own thing. This is really built for you, and this is going to give you an opportunity to become a kind of like a franchisee. But you're a general manager. A general manager is going to get a salary, and it's not like a high, high salary. This is a salary that's going to pay your bills, you're going to be comfortable enough to be able to work, but then the big upside is the profit sharing. So you, you're starting out, you get 25% of quarterly profits. And then what's going to happen is after five years, you're going to have an option. You're either A, going to be able to start getting 50% of profit, or B, you're going to buy out your location that you built at a one times revenue multiple. So if you did 500,000 in revenue, it's probably kicking off, you know, $150,000 in profits. You could buy it for $500,000, get a bank loan. We'd help you with the SBA process. If you wanted to own it outright, you could just become a franchisee, or you could just, like I said, switch to 50% profit, not have any of the risk, but then not have the ownership. It'd be completely up to you. We would pressure you either way. But this is definitely an opportunity for somebody that doesn't have 40, $50,000 to start their own Augusta Lawn Care franchise that can't handle six months of not having any revenue because you have a family or you have obligations in terms of just not having even money saved up. And instead of waiting five years and saving your money, you'd rather come and waiting five years to become a franchisee. You'd rather become a general manager and learn the systems, learn the business model. Command center at full service has given me the confidence to be able to do this because I so believe in what they do in terms of following the systems running P4P and be able to guide the general manager on a day to day level even when I'm not there, like the Mount Vernon location, I'm there. Once I'm not even there, I just talk to the manager once a month just like I would a regular franchisee. However, they've been very successful because of the systems, the procedures and command center being able to guide them through things. So if you are interested in becoming a general manager at Augusta Lawn Care at one of our corporately owned stores, you, you would not put any money up. You don't have to have any risk. If it flops, you just leave and get another job. However, we are looking for someone that is hungry, wanting to grow the business, wanting to use the systems, willing to learn is extremely important. You're going to be directly working with myself to get started and with command center mostly. But you're going to be treated really just like a franchisee. The bottom line is you don't have the risk, you don't have to put the money up, you don't have to. And the main reason we do this corporately owned stores is for us to constantly be testing and improving our systems from a marketing standpoint mainly, but also be able to make sure we have corporately owned stores in all the geographical areas of the country. So every single year we're going to start a few of these. And right now we have two corporately owned stores. We are looking to start in 2021. In the spring of 2021, you need to be willing and able to move to one of those locations. I'm not going to say where they're at on here. You will need to apply and so in the description, click the link, it's a form, a Google form and just asking some of your contact information, a little about yourself, about your past experience and fill that form out. If you pass the first application process step, you will then go on to the second step where you will Do a zoom call directly with me and again, we will buy your trucks, we will buy your equipment, we will make sure we find a space. I will probably fly out there or one of our managers will fly out there and make sure you get a space to get set up. We're going to put all the upfront capital, usually what it would take six months to kind of ramp things up, all that extra cost, the money, we would cover all of that, but you would not own anything. You get 25% of profit and usually that takes three to five months to really kick off some profit and you getting some extra money. So in the link below, comment, not comment. Click on the description link if you would like to be in that application process. I'm looking for someone who wants to commit at least five years. But honestly after that five year marker, that's really when the opportunity begins because then you get to either buy out your own location with a solid profit margin, having a team in place, all your equipment would be paid off, all the rest of it, or you could go to 50% profit, which that becomes very, very interesting if you built a million dollar business and, and it's kicking off 200,000 in profit and you get 50% of that plus your salary. Very interesting. I hope this is an opportunity that gives some people the ability to start an Augusta, become part of Augusta Nation without necessarily having the capital or lots of money and assets to be able to do this. If you're willing, if you're hungry and you're willing to join Augusta Nation, I would love for you to fill out the form and get in touch with us and see if this would be a good fit for you. Comment below, you be a good fit. Love to see you soon.
