Foreign. This is the second week of using your mind map. And again, the first week should be completed before you move on to the next week. This is the physical part of the mind map. The first one should have been mental toughness. And under mental toughness, the first one I said was mindfulness. So now we're going to do week two of your mind map. Again, do not proceed to this unless you have completed the first one. If you don't see the mind map again, you can go to Hartman Academy and leave me a message or email me at mikeartman academy. There's no.com after either one. For some reason it wasn't sent to you. Look in the programs area of your app. This is where the mind map is. So today we're going to talk about the physical, which is that circle in the middle and it's that nice big circle that says physical right in the middle of your mind map. I always like to date things that I'm doing. So you could put your name and date on it. You could put this is Mike's mind map or not necessarily mine. If this is Lisa, Steve, whatever, whoever's out there, use this mind map to help you. So the first thing, if it was my mind map, I want to help you. The first thing I'm going to do is put training under the physical. Now that doesn't mean everything isn't about the physical fitness part of it or physical training. Whether you're an athlete or workplace athlete, it's more doing different things around the physical so it keeps you organized. So if it was me, I would put training down and I like to do for me, my training would consist of conditioning. I do yoga, I do body weight training, I do walking, whatever it is for you. So number one is training under that little circle and the next down from that, you can see that little area there. We could put do whatever that training is that you do. I'm not going to promote any types of training, but I believe you should have some physical training, whether it's walking, whether it's doing any type of something physical. If you can make sure that you consult with your physician and things that you're so you don't hurt yourself. I see people over train all the time. So using this mind mapping is going to help you say, okay, I'm going to, I'm going to walk. I'm going to walk 10,000 steps a day, three times a week. That's what say your doctor said that was okay. So you're going to add that in. I'M an athlete, I'm going to train after games. Sometimes the best time to get your training in as you can is after a game. I remember when I was a professional athlete, we would play and we'd get right on the bike after, get some of that lactic acid out of our legs. Or we would do some body weight training, we do some pushups or we go up and do a circuit just to keep our body strong. I've seen athletes train before a game as well. So it's important that you do this around your level. Exercise is so important. So that would be the first one, so the second one down. So now we, we have the first one is training, you know, the next one we're going to exercise. You'll put what you do. It could be CrossFit, it could be body weight training. And if you're at a level that wants a good workout, I could just, I could personally. If you message me in the app, I will give you my personalized program. Please consult with your physician before doing it. I have a pretty good 12 week program that I'd be willing to give anybody that wants it. It explains ex what I do. We use a stability ball and body weight if you don't have anything. But I think I recommend you do this with somebody that's a qualified trainer, somebody with a background. So now we're doing this mind map and we're going to, we're going to act on this. We're going to put action behind it. So you might write, I'm going to act on my training, I'm going to do it. So that's the physical part. So we're under the physical area. The third one is to me, training can also be meditation. So I have given you many different options in the app to use. So you could go back there and click on any of those to use. It could be a walking meditation. To me, that's still physical. It's not just physical training. People think, oh, as athletes, when you mention physical, it's plain physical. Or if I work in corporate America, it's doing CrossFit after work. It might even be stretching during work. But getting into this, use the physical part of this and I'm going to put down the meditation. And the next part we could use is we'll go to one more of these just to keep it simple. On the physical side, if you don't have anything, we have the goals. Meditation as well is we could work on breathing exercises. To me that's physical. That's something physical. You could do. So you'll put down okay, I'm going to work three days a week on my breathing and that's going to be in your mind map. Right Underneath that you could add something like take a walk at lunch or even do a very passive stretch before you go to bed. That will help you sleep. And I don't mean stretches that you are pulling on your body like you just. Or a dynamic warm up. I'm talking easy, easy movements. And I learned this from our dietician who has really helped me with this helps you just relax your body, but it's such a slow movement stretch. You barely call it a stretch. And we could help you with that as well. Everything for you is right in the app so you could ask questions. So week one, you should have had your mental toughness part written out. And yes, mental toughness could be learned. Everybody's different. We're all unique. Number two, the physical. Physical is just not just being physical like we said you might. If you're an athlete, it might be your first thing. Hey, I'm going to play physical tomorrow in my with football or whatever it is or physical is going to be. I put down training. I'm going to make sure I get training in three times a week. I had one client that one of his physical activities was fishing that got them in a place. So this is your, I call it your ritual as well. Not to confuse it in your mind map. It could be fishing, it could be taking a walk with one of your children if you do that. But these are things to keep you active, which will then when we fill out this entire mind map, you'll see why we did it again. The mental, the physical, the next week is the nutrition and we're going to get a little bit into that in the next week. So I wish you well. Any questions? Use that app. I'm here to be your accountability coach, here to help you.
