Welcome to this guided meditation by the hartman.academy to help you become more centered and mindful. This is meditation 4. At any time you can go back and listen to a replay of any of them. Before we begin this practice, please make sure you have consulted your doctor and are fully able to participate in this meditation exercise. As we prepare to allow ourselves to journey along this path, please make sure you are not driving and are in a quiet space where you can relax your mind. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position and allowing your eyes to close. Take notice of your breath and breathe in slowly, taking three deep, cleansing breaths. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. As you breathe out, allow the thoughts of today to leave with your breath. Today is morning, just after waking up. Waking up with the bright sun helps us feel renewed and appreciative. Take a few moments to bring yourself out of the sleep and into a light, wakeful state. You may open your eyes if you'd like to, or you may keep them closed. Take a nice, deep, cleansing breath in. Hold, hold and release, Letting anything go. Any leftover worries or concerns from yesterday, any stress about tomorrow Setting an intention to start fresh today each day is a new day. Place both hands lightly on the stomach and breathe into them, feeling more energy, more awake, aligning yourself with the willpower, the intention to start your day in gratitude. Feel this energy flow underneath your hands and spread throughout your body. Continue to hold your hands on the center of your tummy, your energy center. Visualize the sun now. Imagine it coming up over the horizon. See it lighting everything it touches, the ocean, the flowers, the mountains and your skin. Feel it touching your body, warming it, waking it up. Hear the birds singing and the bees humming as they greet the sun. See the flowers opening, moving toward the light. Feel the sun illuminating your mind, bringing happy thoughts to it, clearing away the lingering shadows of sleep. Taking a deep breath, a slow exhale. Now say to yourself, I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others. I am grateful for the greater good. I am open to receive and give love. I release hurts through my compassion, kindness and thankfulness. I am grateful for my health. I am. Enough. Now take two more deep breaths in. And now out. And now open your eyes if they've been closed, and enjoy your day. Satan foreign.
