I'm going to talk to you about the importance of early mornings and the best way to start your mornings off in this self coaching process. A lot of people tell me they wake up and the first thing they do is they look at their social media. Now I'm not telling you that that's not what you should do or read the news or read emails. I think the first thing you could do is we talked about this so many times is make your bed, do something that's positive in the morning. Get up and say you know what I'm going to do, I'm going to do something positive. And then we look at self care, taking care of yourself, like obviously brushing your teeth and just taking care of your overall well being, starting off the day feeling really good about yourself. So this is a good morning routine, morning exercise you could do and again have that plan in place. Now we're all different, all of us have different schedules. I can only speak for myself but whether you're the athlete or the workplace athlete, have that plan in place. Know the morning for me is the first thing I do is I'm on a really regimen schedule. So I'm gonna get up and I'm gonna make my bed, I'm gonna brush my teeth and then I'm gonna go over to what I call is the hot Works. It's a training facility where I work out in the sauna where I do either yoga, I'll have, I'll do body weight, I'll do bands, I'll do Pilates or I'll, I'll ride the bike in the sauna. But that's part of my exercise routine. Then I shower up and get ready for the day and just go about what I need to do. I call this just getting ready in the morning. What do we always say? Getting ready to play. But the morning is so important. I just heard that Kobe Bryant used to get up at 4am or start at 4am he would start his day at 4am to get up and do whatever he needed to do. Even when he was training, sometimes he would get there just before 4am So I like early mornings. We talk about how important sleep is. So if you're going to bed really late, which I don't really like, I like the importance of going to bed at a good time. But in order for your mornings to be better and for the betterment of yourself and your overall well being, your overall healthy mindset, it's really important that you start off on the right track. Meditation is fine, journaling is something that is good, reading or listening to inspirational podcast or something that will get you started off in the right direction. It just doesn't have to be working out. But when you have a really good effective routine, your mindset will have you going forward and full speed ahead all day long. Use this for your own self coaching. Use this to help yourself and think about the littlest things that are going to help you and starting off in the morning, it's going to really put you on the right track.
