Today I'm going to talk about the reasons why our business is called Healthy Mindset AI. So it's healthymindset.ai. Ai is the URL. And I had several people ask me why the change. Well, I'm going to give you a few reasons why. I really believe that everything is built on relationships. I've said it before. So human first. AI doesn't replace coaching. What it does is it extends it. So now people have the ability to use what I call is that coach in your pocket. And the way I did it is I wanted it— well, first of all, I wanted it to be something 24/7. So if I'm not around, the Healthy Mindset AI is. And it's not just built from doing AI or ChatGPT. What it is, it's built from experience. It's trained using over 20 years of my coaching experience. I had tens of thousands of pieces of content that we trained it on, as well as I took something— when I played professional hockey, or if I work with a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, or work with a Fortune 50 company that I have, I take notes and I listen to what they say. And I'm not stealing their information. I learned so much that I applied a lot of what I learned into this Coach in Your Pocket, because that's what we do. All of us learn. We learn from somewhere. So I've taken things that I've learned over the years and I'm applying it to this Coach in Your Pocket. And you know, to me it's like really built from experience. Like I said, I've used it over 20 years and we use it within leadership development. We use it as a, as a tool and it's powered by proven experts. I guess that's another way to say it. It's built on principles and insight and, and it's built on some of the top coaches and mentors that I've ever had and leaders I learned through throughout over my 20— I think it's 24 years of coaching. It's available at any time. Like I said earlier, I'm not trying to be redundant. People retain 10% of what they hear, so I want to make sure you get it. Anytime you want to ask a question, it will give you answers, but it's not really for mental health. It's not a therapist. It's not any of those. What it is, like I said, it's a coach in your pocket and it doesn't talk about anything that's political or it doesn't talk about if you have, you know, something going on with you medically. That's for a medical professional. This is here for coaching. And the other thing too, a lot of people can't afford one-on-one coaching. So this is another option for them. So personalized coaching learns about your goals and provides practical coaching that's relevant to you. What this does, it creates that accountability for you. It keeps you on track every single day. So when you're using this, oh, I'm gonna— oh, this is great. I could— this will just help me. It's like, like I said, it's that coach in your pocket that's gonna help you. It keeps you growing every day. I use it myself. I use the tool myself because sometimes I use it for my training programs or things that I've done over the years and, okay, go back to— I used to do this Tabata training. So I will ask it different questions even around mind and body and things like that. And again, we do have a dietitian that's on our team and we have some other great people. I have another lady that went to Harvard who's a neurologist and somebody from West Point. And they provide a wealth of content to me. And as well as they're being great friends, they're just amazing to, to have around and we learn from them, but they're not going to provide any medical advice, just so you know. And for you, it keeps you growing. It helps you reinforce positive habits through consistent conversation instead of just looking something up and you could talk to it. You can call it or you could text to it. You'll hear my voice. And it talks to you. It's scalable. Instead of helping a few people, I want to help many people. I've always had a goal: how many people can I help? Well, there's only so many hours in a day, so you can't coach all day long, and this will help a lot more people. We've worked now with hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people that are using this, and they love it. I have many athletes, I have realtors, business professionals as well. So many different people using it and it helps them. It helps them improve their mindset. And the best of both worlds, you still have a human connection. So if you want one-on-one coaching, to me that's extremely important. Everybody to me, I believe, needs a coach. And it's the connection where it's empathy, it's experience, but I combine the two to have this accessibility for you so you could use the AI and as well as using me. That's why I provide a lot on our Facebook group. So it's, if you want to go to our Facebook group, go to healthymindset.ai and at the bottom you could join that group. I'll bring you in and some people just want that. They may not want the, the coach in your pocket. And that's fine. And we're just trying to provide many sources of way to help you for the betterment of you. And the healthy mindset just isn't artificial intelligence, everybody. It's human intelligence. It's coaching experience. It's proven strategies through AI. And AI is gonna get bigger and bigger. Just like I remember, it was 1997, I was sitting in my kitchen and I think it said, oh, you got mail. Hey, we were using, learning to use AOL and we were learning search engines and it was great. So this is, it was a tool just to get better and that's what I did many years ago and I said, you know, I'm gonna bring this out early. I've been doing this for 2 years now, training this for over 2 years. We continuously train it and what it is, it's a trusted coach like myself, the people that I do know and build relationships you know, with people, and it's really whenever you need it. So I hope this has helped. I hope I answered the question there. Have a great day. If I could help you in any way, go to, go to our website. Love to help you. Send us a message. And until next time, we're gonna continuously do these short little podcasts to help you. And if there's any questions, also use our questions here if you use Apple or or Spotify, you could ask us questions and it comes right to me and we're getting a bunch of great questions thrown at us. So have a great day. Until next time.
