The next segment is having a plan. And even in professional sports, we made sure that we always had a plan. It's the same thing in business. A plan is something that is actionable. Like the first part of the plan is going out, getting yourself a journal. And by journaling that plan for the week, it's going to keep you organized. The plan could be, okay, I'm going to get up 20 minutes earlier today. I'm going to do a stretch. As we say, stretching is good for you. I'm going to make sure I have a healthy breakfast. I know some people are saying, well, what does that have anything to do with, you know, my business? Well, it does because it's going to get you prepared. It's going to get you feeling good. It's going to have you bringing in good energy into your business. And I remember I was working with a dental practice once and it was a great story. So somebody was, was coming in, I don't know if they were coming in for a mini dental implant or they were getting a tooth pull, I can't remember. But, but the client or patient was very nervous about the procedure. So what the dental hygienist did was the plan was for when this person came in because they knew somehow in advance, they knew that the patient was very nervous to get this procedure done. They made sure that this patient had, you know, a little towel that was a cold towel that was put behind the patient's head because the patient sweats a lot and made sure that the patient felt really comfortable. So by the time the patient came in, they felt comfortable. So that was an actionable plan that the dental office did. I'm going to use another dental example is I worked with this one dental practice. And I remember when, you know, the patients would come in again, people don't love going to the dentist, right? So the person was coming into the office, the patient. And I remember the person at the front desk who was working in the dental practice didn't even say, hey, good morning, how are you? How are you doing? It was like, okay, please fill out this paperwork. Where instead a plan would be to implement this into your business, that, hey, good morning, how are you. Great to see you. And I'm not saying be fake or phony, but the plan was to really show that you were engaged and fully present within your business. And that's part of the plan. So I'm not talking about a business plan. I'm talking about a plan that you could use within your business that's gonna maximize your potential and the employees or the people around you.
