Hey everyone, happy New Year to you. I hope you have an incredible 2023. This is Mike Rush, your Colorado real estate guide. I wanted to invite you to a vision board party that we're going to be having at my office in DTC. It's going to be on Wednesday, January 18th from 5 to 7 PM, and we'll have magazines, we'll have food, we'll have refreshments, and we're basically going to be putting together different images of things that are meaningful to you that align with what your goals are for 2023 and beyond and put those on the poster board so you kind of have a vision for that and you have something to remind you of it to keep it in your reticular activating system. So I'm also going to have a printer there so we can print up things that are important to you and you can make something that looks like this or whatever is meaningful to you. Okay, so we hope to see you there and have an awesome 2023. Thanks.
