My favorite gluten free substitutions and recommendations coming in hot. So I just got off a TikTok live with you guys and so many of you are talking about wanting to go gluten free to help with your Hashimoto's. So I am a celiac. I'm a gluten free person. My kiddos also are gluten free because they are presumed celiac. So I wanted to show you a little bit of my some of my favorite substitutions and recs. Obviously nothing takes the place of real food, right? Fruit, veggies, meat, all those things are naturally gluten free. You guys can figure that out on your own. These are things that you can replace gluten with. Really yummy stuff. So here it is.
Okay, so this is definitely my favorite kind of bread. This in particular is hamburger buns. But Canyon Bakehouse is where it's at. It's completely gluten free. They have a ton of different blends. My favorite is the honey white or honey something Mountain honey. I don't know. It's delicious. One of my favorite brands is Simple Mills. This is what I'll pack my girls for lunch. Farmhouse cheddar crackers are delicious. Also these little guys are tasty for school lunches. Last kind of same topic is Larabar. So these are like the cookie ish version. But larabars in general are like whole foods. Real, real stuff in there. So all that's kind of my school lunch stuff. I'll pack this for the girls for snacks too. These are delicious for adults and kids alike. And these, I love these. My daughter loves these. I get these at Costco. Little mini beef sticks, grass fed, which is really important. Really whole food kind of stuff. So awesome there. The best flour substitution that I have so far though I am trying one soon that's coming in the mail. But this one's cut for cup. You can replace gluten flour. A cup of gluten flour for a cup of glass this, it's really great. I like these for treats. If you haven't had them, get them. They're delicious. And then if you guys haven't hopped on this train yet, pretty darn awesome. It is pasta, but it's made from hearts of palm. So it's literally just a plant. It's really low carb, low calorie, in a whole pouch. There's 7 carbs, 5 grams of fiber, so essentially 2 net carbs. So very low carb, 5 grams of protein, no fat, 43 calories. It's also like actually works. Really? It's yummy. So, gluten free, dairy free, low carb, keto, all the things. These are from Costco too, but they have them at your local grocery store as well, so. Hope that's been helpful. Let me know what you want to hear about next.
