A short monologue arguing that aging is not merely about visible wrinkles or appearance. The speaker contrasts cosmetic fixes (e.g., Botox) with underlying cellular aging processes—senescent cells, inflammation, collagen production, and skin barrier function—and recommends building cellular resilience and healthier tissue environments to improve aging outcomes rather than just erasing wrinkles.

I think one of the ones that I most like to debunk is that aging is about wrinkles. And that's what you need to fix. You need to not have the wrinkles and you're not aging anymore, right? You definitely, if you apply Botox and you kind of like paralyze those wrinkles, you will look younger. But you're not fighting aging your body still with under the same stress levels, your body still like accumulating senescent cells or accumulating inflammat. And this is driving like other consequences of aging. So the age is not about your appearance and all about just like getting rid of those wrinkles, but really like working at the cellular level to create more resilience and to create like more healthy environments so your, your body can work at the best, can always be like at the powerful best performance of the cells to produce collagen, to produce a skin barrier that's strong to fight against the external stressors and protect your body. So it's more about like maximizing the potential of your body throughout aging so you can have a more resilient skin and body than just erasing the the wrinkles so you just look younger.
