Short interview clip where McCall McPherson asks one piece of longevity advice to protect women from breast cancer. Speaker frames breast health as whole-body health (benefiting brain, heart, skin, joints, bones) and emphasizes minimizing harmful exposures by focusing on what we eat, drink, and apply to/around our bodies.
If you could give women one piece of advice on what they could do for longevity to protect them from breast cancer, whatever it is, what would it be?
So I think at the end of the day, we all need to remember that breast health is health. And the same exact things that you're going to do for a healthy breast are going to give you a healthy brain and a healthy heart and healthy skin, joints, bones, really healthy everything. So I just think about where is our biggest contact with the outside world. It's through what we eat, what we drink, and what we put in on and around us.
Yeah.
And so in as much as you can take responsibility for that, I think that matters. And you don't have to be perfect. This is not about perfection. Right. It is about progress. It's not about perfection. That's not my line. It's Tony Robbins. So I don't want to, I don't want to steal it, but it's. It's not about perfection. It's about progress. And every little good thing that you do every day begets something better tomorrow. I couldn't agree more. And.
