with GLP-1s, using very, very small doses helps lower insulin levels very quickly. And when we lower insulin levels and we lower inflammation, guess what? Now, okay, so we don't have as much insulin. Great. When we're eating, our food's actually being utilized by muscle and going to our liver. And then now that we're not so inflamed and our insulin's not so high, sometimes that drives our cortisol down. It brings up our estrogen. Now our estrogen levels are going up. That helps our good gut bacteria grow. And so there's so many good things about GLP-1s with your gut. Now, if you give them in really high doses, then there are obviously negative things, right?
