Tell me five things that people could do to help reduce their risk of cancer in their everyday life. Well, the first and foremost thing is your day starts when you go to sleep. So if you don't sleep well, which is over 50% of the population, that's where healing happens. And sleeping pills are not the answer. So don't take sleeping pills. And so you've got to focus on your sleep. And it should be. People think like you're, oh, six or seven hours is okay. No, it's really about nine hours. So then we have to drink purified water. Like you cannot drink out of the tap, so you can't. So you have to invest in some water, some kind of water purification process. Then you need to be very selective about your eating. Like you. You can't go and buy box stuff at the grocery store. Now, I know they do have good things on the market today that you can buy that are healthy, but you need to eat foods that are going to nourish, strengthen, and heal your body. Okay? You need to eat foods like that are real.
