I think the most impactful procedure in my opinion, or that you can do in the office or just in general, is an upper blepharoplasty, right? It's removing some skin, some fat, modifying the muscle a bit, and just making your eyes look brighter. In the office, it can be done in say 3 minutes or so, sometimes a little bit longer. The downtime's maybe a week to a week and a half. The stitches come out, you could put makeup on. Most, I would say 99% of people say they wish they had done it earlier rather than waited for it. Obviously every patient's unique and you have to tailor it properly, but it is a very high satisfaction procedure.
