If your visa depends on your partner and you're experiencing domestic abuse, you may still have a legal right to stay in the UK. Appendix VDA is a special immigration route in the UK for people who were last granted permission to stay as a partner or spouse and whose relationship has broken down because of domestic abuse. You may qualify if your partner is or was: a British citizen, settled in the UK, a member of HM Forces, a refugee or humanitarian status holder, or someone with pre-settled status. This route allows you to apply for indefinite leave to remain without remaining in an abusive relationship. You're not alone. Your safety comes first, and law is here to protect you. If this applies to you or someone you know, call us at Nejat Immigration Ltd. for confidential support.
