Entrepreneurship: Reflecting on Values and Goals for Success

Basically is that level of self reflection because we do all this like I've had to do an appraisal yesterday and I had to count to make sure I go up to the 40 sessions a year and all that. So as medics we do appraisals and we reflect on our practice but sometimes when we start thinking about entrepreneurship we forget that reflection. What are my values? Where do I want to go? What do I really want to do? Lifestyle business that's what you've described here versus performance business. So if you take an investment of a quarter of a million you are in a different territory. You're now in a performance business you're chasing goals sort of like is the kind of game I think at 22, 21 but when you've got a family, children, a dog and a practice then you have to make that critical distinction to say do I want to continue as a lifestyle business that the business serves you even though you're serving people.
