And at the end of the day, that's what most medics I come across are very frustrated that they can't, they can no longer help people in the way that they want to. Yeah, they want to continue doing good work. I don't ever meet, I haven't met any doctor who's. Well, I have a couple and I haven't helped them any. I help. Who is it? It's about the money. It's not about the money. It's how they can fulfillment people in a more efficient, effective and better way. Because what generally happens is that first year, as you will know again and again, is full of ups and downs and roadblocks and kind of like, oh shit, what am I doing? Why am I doing this? And you need a mentor by your side to support you.
