Short spoken segment from a YouTube video about managing a growing agency. The speaker emphasizes the continuous balancing act between sales (new-business pipeline), hiring, finance, and capacity — and the need to set up systems and processes so none of those elements break down (e.g., avoiding over-hiring or over-committing capacity).

That adjust more than where you grow. This is it. There's a, there's a little complex of things which is, which is sales, hiring, finance and whatever the other one is. But yeah, all, all of that trying to balance those things all together of like managing the new business pipeline. So you've got new business coming in but oh, capacity, that's the other one. So you've got to manage the new business pipeline to make sure what new ones coming in and you want to manage are any leaving and what's our net gain and then if you've got enough capacity for that, if not we need to hire for it and then we need to hire for it. What's our finances doing? So like yeah, that is your constant, constant management setting up the systems and process to make sure that none of that falls over. Because if you over hire or you over commit capacity or you over whatever, like if you mess up any one of those. Yeah, the idea is to keep all of those in balance at all times.
