As an entrepreneur, I've always struggled with the problem of having so many things going on, so many things going in my head, emails coming in, projects happening, daily things that need to get done, organizing a team, and that all just being stuck in my head. And it was maybe about 6 months ago that I decided I needed to try and find a system, a way to get all of that into an organ— that mess into somewhere nice and organized. And I decided to go with Asana. However, being that kind of organized mess type person, I struggled to get Asana to work for me. Like, I just didn't— it was almost like I felt like I didn't have time to set up Asana properly and get the systems in place and to make sure that it actually worked for me. And that's when I reached out to Dave. And Dave got onto Zoom with me, we shared screens, he gave me some really, really simple processes to get started with. Things like the main features of Asana being tasks and inbox, something that I'd never even clicked on before, but now I see how it works. I'm like, oh my word, this is literally going to change the game. And I feel, I almost feel like there's a weight lifted off my shoulders because I no longer have all this mess going on in my head and notes and written down here, there, and everywhere. And instead, I know now how I can all have it in that one place, that project management tool. So thank you so much to Dave. I can't recommend him enough in terms of how helpful he was, the guidance, how he was able to coach me based on what I needed to get out of the session. So if you are looking to implement something like Asana, if you're looking to implement systems, if you're looking to like me, get that organized mess into one nice, neat, organized place, then Dave's your man.
