AI models now outperform humans on benchmarks for reasoning, writing, coding, and planning. Yet inside large enterprises, almost nothing is deployed and business results are minimal. The gap between what AI can do and what it actually does in companies remains unexplained.

So over the last two years, I think AI models have crossed into this very strange sort of threshold, right. I think on benchmarks, they reason and they can write and see, and they can code, and they can even plan, I think, better than most humans, even. But when you walk into very large companies, right, you kind of realize that very little has. Has actually changed. So the conversation, I think, is. Isn't about, like, whether AI works, right? The conversation isn't about that anymore. It's. It's very clear that it does work. I think the real question is, why hasn't that intelligence, you know, translated into genuinely real enterprise outcomes? And the models are so strong, but the results are so weak, because we keep hearing that models are getting exponentially better. But if that's true, why are so few AI systems actually running.
