In this motivational monologue, the speaker reframes the experience of feeling stuck not as personal failure but as a protective response of the mind that aims to keep us from taking misaligned actions. He argues that many people become trapped not because they lack options, but because they cling to familiar, comfortable patterns and fear the discomfort of change. To break this loop, he suggests immediate physical interventions—standing up, changing rooms, moving the body—to shift spatial reference and energize the nervous system. He then introduces a permission‑based question: “What would I do right now if I had full permission?” and urges the listener to take one illogical yet aligned step toward what feels alive, regardless of fear of judgment or uncertainty. The core message is that stuckness signals a need to interrupt the habitual hamster‑wheel, and that aligned, energetic action—not merely more movement—is the path forward.

Do you feel stuck? If you're feeling stuck, it doesn't always mean that you are a failure, a loser, or you're lazy. Sometimes it is your own system of consciousness trying to protect you from making even more misaligned action. If you've lived your life in a reactive mode, always reacting to what society wants from you, your parents, your spouse, your children, but you have been long enough on the healing process, the transmutation process, then possibly the right question for you right now is no longer, "What should I do?" but rather, What am I avoiding that I already know is true for me? A lot of times, and I mean a lot of times, we already know what is good for us, but we are afraid or hesitant to take a step in that direction. And because of that fear or that hesitation, unfortunately, you could be stuck in a loop that is not good for you, but you don't want to get out of it because consciously or subconsciously, deep down, you know doing it would mean to change something big in your life. Sometimes in life, We don't get stuck because of lack of options, but we get stuck because of over-attachment to what is comfortable and what is familiar, and our fear of doing that which is uncomfortable. So try this right now. Change your physical state. Get up. Shift rooms. Shiftooms. If you're on your mobile, literally get up right now, just move around, move your body, look around, spatial reference. If you don't know what spatial referencing is, watch my previous videos. And simply stretch and then say out loud— I know this is not some woo-woo, let's jump up and down motivational way, but just for you to get your system moving in the right direction, simply ask yourself out loud verbally, "What would I do right now if I had full permission? If I took off the leash, what would I want to do?" And then take one illogical, step or action in that direction. Do not worry if it is a smart move or if it's a familiar, calculated risk kind of move. Of course, I'm not encouraging you to do something stupid, but deep down, if your limitless self knows that it is the right move for you, even if your nervous system or your brain are trying to convince you why that's not a good choice because people will reject you, it's unfamiliar, you don't know how they're gonna react, what if they— what if they make fun of you, what if it's uncomfortable, fear of commitment, Fear of all of that. Let it go and simply take a step in that direction. Listen carefully. Stuckness is not a signal to pause. It's a signal to interrupt the loop, the hamster wheel that you are running on. Mm-hmm. On. Creating more movement is not the answer. It is with aligned energy taking steps in the direction of that which makes you alive, even if it is not the most familiar or comfortable thing yet. Good luck. Thank you.
