In this motivational monologue, the speaker emphasizes that moments are fleeting but the way we respond to them can permanently shape our life trajectory. By illustrating how a single decision—whether to express love, quit a job, or commit a crime—can set a lasting path, the talk underscores the power of presence and attitude. The speaker then offers five concrete practices for navigating hard moments: (1) stop labeling an entire day as ruined, recognizing the moment’s impermanence; (2) employ a non‑negotiable ritual of deep breathing and ask for one aligned micro‑action; (3) stay grounded in the body and observe fast‑moving emotions without acting on them; (4) engage in "self‑alchemy" by asking what refinement or creation can arise in the moment; and (5) when suffering feels overwhelming, choose to transmute it rather than immediately quit, reaffirming the mantra "This moment shall pass, but how I made it is eternal." The overall purpose is to provide a mindset and actionable steps that turn fleeting challenges into lasting personal growth.

We all hit hard days in our lives when results feel far away and the weight of our goals and even responsibilities feel much heavier than our strength. But the phrase that kept me going back in the day is that this This moment shall pass. You see, this moment is not permanent. However, how you and I meet this moment, how we show up in this moment, how present or lost, for the lack of other word, we are in this moment could potentially determine the trajectory and the permanence of our life. Yes. Think about it. People who murdered somebody, a lot of times they say it happened in the heat of the moment. It just happened. And that moment, which is not permanent, became Pavement. Because they, instead of showing with presence and their authentic self, they reacted according to some BS program that they had in their mind, and they took the trajectory of their life to life sentence in jail, or worse, to a moment. Mm-hmm. Yes, one moment could change the trajectory of your life. It's that one moment you decided to say, "I love you," or that moment you decided to say, "I quit," or that moment you decided to stop whatever that you were doing that was harming yourself, or That moment you decided to do something that absolutely took your life to the worst. Because here's the thing, circumstances, events, and people change, but your way of being, how your attitude is, and all of that is what determines everything. You see, 10 people could be in the very same event, but each person's attitude, reactions, actions, thoughts, decisions in that moment of the event could take each one of those 10 in a completely different trajectory that would change permanently their lives. So here are 5 things you can start doing right now. First of all, stop labeling the entire day. To say this is a moment, and this moment is not permanent. But how I meet it could be. So instead of labeling the entirety, "All my day is screwed, all my life is screwed up." No. This moment may not be as one— may not be the way I like it. Could be horrible. It could be full of suffering. This moment. But my attitude is going to determine how this moment turns out to be. Number 2, whenever you feel that the day or your life is hard, return to this moment and activate a non-negotiable ritual, which is take a deep breath, let it out, and ask yourself, "What is one act of alignment with my true self that I can take right now?" Again, if you listen to my previous videos, it could be a micro decision or a micro next logical step that is coming from your authentic self that is going to take you to a better moment and then a better moment, and then a better moment. Number 3, a lot of times, again with the example of love, murder, positive, negative, almost always emotions are involved and they're moving fast. I want you to stay still, stay grounded, stay rooted in your body, and just allow that emotion to move, but do not move with it. Number 4, because this channel is the alchemy of power, instead of choosing, again, a permanent path that you're gonna take in this moment, simply ask yourself, what refinement What can I create right now? What little part of yourself, your mind, your emotional body, whatever, that you can forge or alchemize to being more aligned with your authentic self? Number 5, remember, in this moment when things are hard, Form of suffering you're not necessarily meant to quit it. Sometimes you do, but sometimes you only need to transmute it. Say it with me: This moment will pass, but how I made it, that is eternal. Thank you.
