Overthinking isn’t clarity it’s mental clutter wearing a mask of control.

Overthinking is fear disguised as logic, disconnecting you from your body and the present. Two practices break the cycle: name three objects and a body part to ground yourself, then use micro-decides to take one concrete next step instead of planning the whole future.

You know that feeling when your mind is racing, presenting you with endless options, analyzing every outcome like your life depends on it? Overthinking does not mean you are smart. Overthinking means you're stuck in mental survival. Here is the truth. Sometimes overthinking is basically your mind is stuck in FOMO. It's stuck in the fear of missing out, and it is stuck in a loop. Mm-hmm. Of avoidance of regret. But here, in this context, regret is not the enemy. Disconnecting from your body is. Your mind is trying to convince you that you're making decisions based on precise, physical-based logic, but in reality it is reacting to fear and ego and comparison instead of presence, execution, clarity, and your authentic self. The fix? Two steps. And I want you to do them Right now, right now with me. Start with spatial referencing or spatial awareness. Start by looking around you. Name 3 objects and then a part of your body. Do it right now. I'm gonna do it with you. I'm gonna look at my speaker and I'm gonna say, Hello. My third or fourth finger. I'm gonna look at the screen and I'm gonna say, "My shoulders." I'm gonna feel, because yes, you can use any of your five senses. I'm gonna feel my fingers on the mouse and then I'm going to feel my left shoulder. Foot. That's one of the fastest ways to recentering yourself and calming your mind and your nervous system. The second thing, which I again invite you and ask you to start doing right now with me, is micro-decide. Reduce your decisions for the time being to your next logical step. Do not think about, "Who am I gonna get married to?" "How is my future gonna look like in 5 years?" or "What my dreams are gonna be like in 25 years?" Just think, or just become aware, of the very next logical step. Thank you. In front of you. So an example, instead of thinking, how can I turn my passion into a million-dollar international business, or even a billion-dollar international business, start by thinking, how can I, or who can I talk to about my passion? It literally could be you speaking to a trusted friend about your passion and why you're not getting enough clients. To be a conversation, not even seeking consult or coaching or anything. That one small decision could open the gates of inspiration and— Yes. Release a lot of pent-up pressure that would then allow you to start taking another micro-decision, which could be like, "Okay, I'll do this free webinar," or, "I could sit on my computer and jot down 3 ways I can present—" whatever your passion is. Et cetera, et cetera. I'm inviting you to start taking micro actions and decisions on these two steps every single day. And remember, your power and your intelligence does not come from more thinking. It comes from more presence. Mm-hmm. Clarity and precise execution. Until then, watch more videos, as that could be your— Michael. Next logical step for greater achievement.
