You're chasing A Goal That's not yours !

You might be chasing goals that aren't actually yours, set by external pressure or comparison instead of your authentic self. The speaker offers five steps to fix it: audit where each goal came from, clear contradictions that sabotage you, align your identity with your real self, get physically involved to expose misalignment fast, and replace forced motivation with frequent self-checks asking if actions come from you.

If you're constantly setting goals and breaking them, then believe me, this video is for you. And no, this is not another video of motivation, because this is not about laziness. It's about misalignment and contradiction. Most people set their goals from their mind or the identities that were actually derived and built upon other people's ideologies, preferences, goals, and desires, right and wrong. It's almost very rarely that somebody sets a goal that comes from their authentic self. Mm-hmm. Self. And this is why most people chase outcomes. They don't align with what would bring them a sense of congruence with their true limitless self. So just like I said in my last video about comparison, it's like you're setting goals for one location or one identity while still living from another location or another identity. So it's literally as if driving in the US, but the GPS is set in the Middle East. No matter how much it tells you, "Go north, go north," you will never ever reach the destination because your GPS is set to a completely different space-time or even an entirely different identity. And that misalignment and contradiction a lot of times will sabotage your progress because you could set a goal like you want to be rich, but deep down what you really want is freedom. And that's— Not necessarily the same. It could be for you to be rich, you're going to be very committed and working day and night, which is exactly a contradiction or a misalignment from what you want, and therefore your subconscious mind or even your limitless self will start, for the lack of a better word, sabotage your progress, when in fact what it is doing is not sabotage, but it is trying to signal back to you that you are going off the wrong path or route. So here are 5 quick things you can start doing today to start realigning and closing the gap between what your true, real self desires and what your goals are. Number 1: Audit the origin of your goal. Ask yourself very sincerely, possibly after an hour of meditation, stillness and silence, and disconnection from social media and social life, and ask yourself, is this coming from Is this coming from my authentic self, or is this coming from an identity based on comparison of other people's locations, dimensions, desires, etc.? Number 2: Clear out the contradictions. Start by writing down everything that might oppose or sabotage this call within your nervous system. Ask yourself, is this sabotage, or is this my nervous system, my brain, and body, and soul, and heart, and all of me trying to signal to me that I'm going in the opposite direction from what I truly deeply desire? Number 3, align your identity, your ego self, with your limitless authentic self. And therefore, instead of trying to force your ego to do things or achieve things, it will become more of a flow. It will become more aligned because your authentic self and your mind, your heart, your body your nervous system are so aligned with each other that there is no misalignment, or very little misalignment, very little contradiction, and therefore everything would start unfolding. You're not gonna need a lot more motivation because you're gonna have a lot of inspiration, something that is from within, something— Mm-hmm. Something within you tells you that you want to achieve this because something within you knows that this truly matters to your authentic, real self. Number 4: Get physically involved. Speak it, write it, and move towards your goal. In fact, if there are contradictions and misalignment, that is one of the fastest ways you're gonna figure it out. If you sit back home and think for another 3 months whether this is in alignment or not, you're not gonna find out as fast as if you simply go out and get physically involved, get some results, and then instantly you're gonna know, "Oh, I actually—" I see. I do not want this. Why? Because it's not my goal. It's not my vision. It's not coming from my authentic self. Number 5, drop the idea of force and motivation. Don't try to force yourself to do it. Don't try to force your body, your nervous system, into discipline and drop the idea of motivation. Stop watching more motivational videos to get yourself into doing it. What matters is that you are daily, preferably 100 times a day, checking in very authentically, very transparently with yourself. Is this coming from myself? Or is this coming from a different contradictory idea or identity or location? Believe me, most of the time you don't need new goals and you don't need more motivation. You just need more alignment and congruence with your authentic self. Hanto. Next video, listen again and ask yourself at least 20 times a day, literally, "Is this from my authentic self or is this from an identity that I was programmed into or copycatted along the line?" Have a good week. Thank you.
